It's a much better branch then most, there is an employee named Heather who is a very nice, professional employee of m&t she was able to help me with my account when no other employee from M&T could. I was about to close my account until she helped me. She's faster then most teller's and very polite and professional. She seemed to have a good understanding of how the account's work.

Everyone in there has an IQ of 10. They will do nothing to help you. Before they lost their manager it was TOP NOTCH. Alex was the best manager any of those branches has ever had. They have NO manager and the main office on Light Street has NO manager nor does Cross Street. Gone to hell in a hand basket.
