This is the worst M&T branch in Maryland, the service is horrible and they’ll tell you one thing and turn back and tell you they didn’t say it. They asked me to wait an hour for one transaction just to tell me that we didn’t tell you to wait because we cannot do your transaction.

Always a long wait. One teller that doesn't know what she's doing. Managers just walk by and offer no assistance. I didn't feel like my time is valuable to this branch. I will travel further for better treatment and customer service

If I could give negative stars would. Had an experience with the workers here and they were horrible. Treated myself and my mother like dogs which was even more wrong since my mother is a senior citizen and should be treated with the utmost respect. Just because we had a question and needed clarification on something they took it personal and told us we needed an appointment which they did not tell any other person in the facility. Then without again taking time to listen to us they told us to wait outside (where it was about 35 degrees). This not my main branch but was my mother’s I told her never to set foot in this bank again the service is terrible.
