10/10 Experience. I’ve had the pleasure to work with Naila on multiple occasions whether it was opening a new account, business line of credit to helping me with fraudulent activity. Her professionalism and quality of work has exceeded my expectations. Whenever I call the branch with issues, Naila is always on top of it. As a branch manager she is not only setting a perfect example for other employees but is representing M&T Bank with great interests. I am glad to be banking with MTBank as long as there are people like Naila who truly care about customer satisfaction.

This M&T White Marsh branch's service is terrible. A black customer service agent said I'll be with you in a minute, then he simply went out before my eyes.

I went through the Drive through on two different occasions. They take their dearest old time as if they are making and printing the money. The first time I waited for over 30 minutes and 40 the second time I waited over 40 minutes. I I hit the call button several times telling the teller if it was gonna be much longer I wanted my ID back so I can go about my day. She keep replying wait a minute mam it won’t be much longer. I should have known better to go back a third time. My third time coming to this branch I did a universal withdrawal from my account that is with drawling my money and deposited into another. The only branch that does not make my cash available to me the same day. I had bills to pay that day and wanted available to me in my account that had a debt card. Basically the teller should have taken it out of one account and put it in the other as an immediate cash deposit where my my money should have been available to me right away. The teller processed my money where it wasn’t available to me to make the next business day. I am seriously done with this particular branch. And I am seriously thinking about banking with someone else.

I gotta stand and feel like a criminal as 4 tellers review my 96 y.o. grandmother's signature on a check she wrote me for my birthday. They picked every bit of it apart. As if I was trying to pass a bad check. What happened to innocent until proven guilty. People in this bank are extremely judgemental and entitled. A guy walks in before me says I'd like to open a business bank account. Nobody else in the bank and they are so concerned if he has an appointment. The bank is empty. Just help the dude out. Hate this place I would never open an account with m and t bank they are trash. Go to Capital One.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike O'Brennan today. I had an issue with a feature that I should of had access through in online banking, but wasn't able to access. After explaining my issue and the steps I had taken, Mike stated that it was an error on their side. He preceded to spend about 30 minutes taking care of my issue, so I could continue on with my task. Mike was eager to help, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Good place to use the drive up or walk up ATMs. The service inside is usually pretty slow, but friendly enough.

Walked in to open a business account, told to come back after the branch manager would call. Called a week later, told the branch manager would call. Six weeks later - guess what? No call, nothing.
