I wish I could remember her name, I think Marlena or Marlita. She was a lifesaver today when I needed to make a large purchase and I couldn’t get a hold of a rep on the phone. She helped me quickly and called me back to let me know everything was good on her end. I appreciate you more than you would even know. Thank you. ?

I don’t know if this is a law with bank saving accounts but I HATE the 6 minimum withdrawals limit. To keep matters simple, I was in a situation where I had no choice but to make separate withdrawals within a given month and M&T didn’t like that so they blew up my phone and left voicemails then gotten letters in the mail being professionally threatened to have my account removed. So with my financial situation under control, I no longer have a savings and just keeping my checking account. I didn’t bother returning the calls to these women because one of them went out their way to threaten me in a professional tone. So from now on I don’t go inside the bank to see a teller. I make all my deposits through the Indoor ATM and all is well.

THIS BANK NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!! I HATE THIS PLACE.. THE UNPROFESSIONAL WOMEN ARE IGNORANT😠. I really dislike this location! Customer service is awful. I refuse to bank with M&T, but I have a credit card, and I'm ready to close that because to make payments is absolutely difficult when you don't have a savings or checking account with them. I constantly have to come to the bank, this location, Because it's the closet, but every last senior citizen woman in this bank is rude! They need more diversity too!
