Very slow - took me 30+ minutes to do simple wire transfer. It was not busy either but still took forever. I left work to get it done quickly and make it home before school and rush hour traffic hits but them being slow was not helpful at all. Additionally I think they need to add ability to do wire transfers online as going and waiting for people is so not needed when others banks allow you to do it on your own from app or website.

I just visited the Pulaski Hwy branch because I had an issue with my card. I was having a terrible day but a banker named Brian Sklar sincerely put me at ease. He has FANTASTIC customer relation skills, he was fast and efficient, and was able to work out my issue in no time. 10/10 service, will come again!

Overdraft fees are usurious thievery. No one here has any autonomy, their management has been bought out and outsourced. If you have a problem, get ready for several people to point fingers at each other while nothing gets done. Not helpful or useful at all. Very disappointed. I am glad my father passed away before they could have stole all of his money and disillusioned him as a loyal customer.

They actually sent me registered mail to collect $30 from my Dad's "VISA WITH REWARDS CARD" even though he passed away almost two years ago. Thanks for the reminder my Dad died and you want his $30 I will dig him up and let him know he owes you $30 for sure.

Just opened 2 accounts on fri Jan 5, 2024..,with Sherese Wheeler checking and savings account and she was excellent customer service skills and so sweet and kind and gave me extra Raven’s fridge magnets 4-5 & Flock Together Raven’s huge flag

It's clean, the personnel are ALL friendly, and I ALWAYS feel safe when I go in there! The location of this bank is perfect for me. If I need to deposit or withdraw funds, it's first, before I start my errands and head to all the stores I need to go to! I make one big circle, and head home! LOVE IT!!!

The worst of the worst service at this M&T branch I went inside inside I stay in line for more than 1 1/2 hour just to cash a check next time I tried the drive truh even worst they say the back up inside.Overall people who work here are so slow and look like they not even care how long you has to wait

Iam so upset about few months back I went to this M&T branch and talked to the supervisor for the branch at golden ring petreway I spoke highly about the stay at M&T at goldenringTo fast forward I was shocked to go to the goldenring branch and get helped as I usually do my morning work and to go back the next day and it was shutdown I was shocked as well as hurt Bec the staff their was so patient and loved by many they were even more patient with people that had Disabilities . U can discussed anything about anything they smile and point u in the correct direction they don’t look down on u at all . With that being said , Iam very disappointed that I wasn’t Notified

It's the best Bank and they are prompt and very professional. Their services and accounts offer more than the other Banks. I belong to Navy Federal Credit Union too, but I can go into M&T Bank. NFCU is only in Glen Burnie, MD plus I live in Baltimore and rely on public transportation.
