First off, I want to say when I walked in this Bank Ballet Rd., Gardenville location two possibly three years ago they automatically treated me like family. I go there so much now that I refuse to go to any other branch my kids having an account there my sister have an account. Everybody is awesome there and I wouldn’t ever ever thinking about removing my account from this location. I really love you guys. Please keep up the good work and the professionalism is on fleet.

Honestly you’d be better off driving ten minutes up north to the m&t on bel air where they a fully care about you. This branch is a waste of time. I can’t wait until it gets shut down

The staff was horrible at this Bank they tried to do too many things and don't get anything done I waited over an hour to get service that I needed I would never open account at this Bank and trying to get my family to leave it also yes ma'am

I’ve been banking with M&T for years and never had an issue until today. I tried to use my card last night and was declined told I needed to go to the branch. Alisha Galster was the person who was suppose to help but decided to put her feelings before her job.
And told me to leave bc I was upset they froze my account.
While going to another branch, she decided to lock my other accounts bc I said I was going to another bank for my accounts
Yes FROZE my accounts bc she didn’t like how I spoke to her and said I was going to another bank.
The guy told me at the other branch, my 2 accounts were just frozen bc I said that ?
Needless to say all my accounts have been closed and I will be filing a complaint with FDIC
If you need to bank with M&T do yourself a favor and go to the Perry Hall branch. They are much nicer
Ms. Galater please learn Maryland laws!

God awful thieves. Yo, everyone at M&T deserves to be hunted and purged from the planet. Worst bank, worst people. Straight thriving off being thieves with letting your account be run into the ground by merchants and not helping you.

Usually I don’t leave reviews but this bank treated me as if I were a criminal. I’ve had a bank account here for over a decade but they refused to service me. The manager would not complete my transaction. It’s a shame how they treat their long term customers.

Advised them that there was a skimmer device on the ATM machine right outside the main entrance, they didn't seem to be concerned. Just told me the machine would be serviced.
