Horrible store walked in asked for a 31 series battery. Which is a part number for a battery. Was told they need to know make and model of car or truck. They couldn't use battery number to look up battery.

Come to find out this is not a corporate owned store but a Franchise so certain policy don't apply. Unlike Autozone they don't keep your info in the system so when you have a warranty issue, you have to provide the ORIGINAL paper receipt, and who keeps track of a small paper now days. They bank on you not having the receipt so they can save money on low grade Chinese junk parts you pay a premium for. You are way better off buying cheap parts from Autozone or Advance Auto.

So un professional get hung up on and then get told to not call back when I question the price that my receipt says to what was charged to my account. When I never yelled or raised my voice till you tell me bot to call back tou need to deal ith the customers then was given a number to call that doesn't deal with that.

We were there on a Saturday. Two Counter Attendants. The lady was efficient and the Male needed a vacation by the way he treated customers.

Bought a four pack of spark plugs. They didn’t check to make sure there was 4. I ended up with only 3 plugs. Went to return and they were not in stock. They ordered them and I Ended up going back for a third time to get what I needed. When I got there, I was helped by the store manager, Eric. I asked to exchange the entire pack rather than him give me a single additional plug. I stated that I was suspicious of the other plugs considering I was missing one beforehand. I was accused of being overly suspicious despite being told it would be OK from the employee who initially ordered them.

The person in charge is disgusting when you go for a guarantee without hearing what the problem is, he responds immediately that there is no guarantee and that the part cannot be defective since everything they sell is perfect. I went to face Erick who says that he is the person in charge. and when he arrived at the store he did not want to show his face, he has terrible customer service, that's why I do not recommend it
