“I can’t say enough good things about Micah at Penske Truck Rental! She went above and beyond to help me out at the very last minute, making what could have been a stressful day run smoothly. Professional, friendly, and truly caring — Micah is the kind of employee every company wishes they had. Highly recommend Penske and Micah for your next rental!”
“got me in and out quickly. all of the staff was friendly and helpful. very rare most repair shops are full of a holes. they have a lounge with a shower plus washer and dryer for the wait. most repair shops could care less about your time. hands down the quickest experience i have ever had in my 8 years. zero complaints.”
“I’m a local business owner, and constantly needs trucks, and sometimes we need them last minute. We use The Ryder on North Point rd. Ricky and his team always come through for us with great customer service. Thank you guys for everything.”
“I've rented from Nextcar 3 times. Their customer service is awesome. The vehicle are new model. You may have to do additional cleaning if you're OCD like me. Other than that I would choose them again and have referred them to other people.”
“The man who helped me was patient and kind. He cleaned out the back of the truck. when he noticed dirt in the back of my rental. He provided me with extra accessories and was courteous throughout the process.”
“Everyone is helpful polite and very professional the two gentlemen Joe and Tyler and the hammondferry location are awesome very accommodating and they are understanding as far as business mindset and small business accommodations thank u always”
“The team at NC Leasing are great to work with, they have helped us through more than one large warehouse move, they are flexible to meet our needs and reliable to get things done on time!”
“Fix your digital systems! The checkout process was extremely delayed due to the information systems not responding. This was not a normal surge situation, the employees had to step in and were very helpful. For a company based on timeliness and reservations, this was a pretty big mess. Other than that, Mrs. Roe was great as was Michael. VERY helpful and kind during this stressful process. Renting the truck was only half of the day's battle! Thank you, this would have been a 5 star review!”
“I rented a Hyandai Sonata at the last minute labor day weekend and they were great. Two thumbs way up. Right near Penn Station. Larry and another you g man were great!!”

“My relocation from Georgia back to Md was a seamless one and it was because of the professionalism with my Uhaul experience at the 420 S Kresson. I definitely will be coming back!!!”
“On the day of move in the staff was very nice his smile was very happy to assist me in every question excellent exceptance exceeded all my expectations I would most definitely recommend moving in at the Belair Rd locations thank you for exceeding such professionalism.”
“Try to come from the south. The entrance is very narrow. In order to unload or upload you need to call the central office. The parking lot is convenient and fast unloaded. You can stay overnight. Friendly staff works quickly.”
“Have been getting fuel here for a long time. It probably has changed hands once or twice in 40 year's but it is a tenant of my memory as a commuter student.”

“They are flexible and understanding! Friendly and clean. Thanks ?. I rent from them frequently and will only go the pulaski hwy location. Overall U-Haul is a good company but the local locations make you feel like family.”
“Next Car was an easy process to renting a car. I didn’t need a major credit card. The deposit was 250 but you get it back. They had a nice selection. This was a spare of the moment trip and they were the only rental agency that was affordable”
“I have been renting on and off for a while. The service Is top-tier. The ladies really hold it down! They are hard-working, communicate well and go above and beyond. I Believe the manager‘s name is Tanisha, she is awesome. Great rates and quick service”
