Used to be a decent NOSC but the last few years have been atrocious. They never answer the phones. Never respond to voicemails. Never respond to emails until you practically CC the CNO to get their attention. The only way to get any help is to go in person. And even then they spend 25 min complaining about why they can’t help you (when the task you need will take a max of 5 min of their time). Yes, I’m being serious. On 2 occasions I’ve had a female E6 in training as well as a male in respay literally argue with me on how they can’t help. I persisted and they solved my issue in 5 min from when they actually started (reluctantly) to help me

Never had too many problems here. Not any that couldn't get fixed. This isn't a tourist destination!
