Uh mah gaaad, this place is the worst! No only does every woman who works there (can't speak for the guys) have the most affected, ditzy accent, the workouts are simplistic, and the playlist is pure pop, mostly Taylor Swift. They also have no locker rooms, only one changing space and two showers. I've went twice, but never again. If you want a coached workout go to Peak or Sweat or any number of other Baltimore gyms that are locally owned, have real workouts, play mixed music, and are not staffed by the most basic people you'll ever meet.

Gorgeous studios and great teachers, plenty of classes available for every level. In 50 minutes you have a great workout. Easy to use booking system. Convenient parking nearby. 5/5!

The first class might be free, but the continual follow-up phone calls asking you to become a member are a nightmare. I tried my first class in April 2023 and then went back for one additional in May, and I received, on average, 4 phone calls a week in the beginning, but I STILL get phone calls from them--the last one was August 15. Yes, I have blocked them.As for reviewing the two classes I took with them--they were too easy. If you're fit and looking for something challenging--this is not it. Also you can get more bang for your buck joining a gym where you can have classes AND more equipment at your disposal.Also--sign up with a fake number so they don't bombard you multiple times each week for membership requests.

You have to live within 5 miles and have a state ID? No other gym I know requires this.

Legit did not exercise a day in my life before coming here. Love the encouragement and versatility to classes each day! Coaches are exceptional and help you with form. Music being great is just icing on the cake :)

Love the studio and the coaches! There are lots of options for classes to work with my schedule. Lucinda and David always push me to do my best!

The first free class from orange theory is the biggest scam. They ask for a driver license to match with a zip code if not they do not offer the free class and charge 14$. They do not accept any other proof including your apartment lease etc though you live next door which is the stupidest thing ever. They take your credit card details before hand to make sure they can lure you into the membership.

Large studio with great coaches! There’s 14 treads, rowers and floor stations so with 3G can accommodate up to 40+ ppl. Because it is so large, I haven’t had too much issues with being wait listed constantly for classes that I want to go to. There is no Lift45 template at this site however.

This orange theory location sets the bar high. Plenty of space for your work out and phenomenal instructors. After leaving the area, I had a hard time finding a location this good!

Edited. I'm revising my review from a four star down to a one star. The reason for this is that It is my opinion that they are more focused on their company protocols and following rules then actual customer service. Their job should be to make getting into shape or staying in shape easy and fun. That is not the case. I was able to get out of work early and they refuse to switch my class to an earlier class. Not because it was full but simply because "that's the rule". Neither class was full and it would have affected. Absolutely no one!!!I stand by my earlier review that the actual fitness portion is quite good, but the bureaucracy surrounding it completely spoils all the fun or making it easy.Overall it's the best fitness experience I've had. It's not perfect and I'd leave if I could find something better. Almost universally upbeat coaches that are encouraging. The music is loud and intense. My complaints will probably be seen as advantages to most people. 1. It is very rigid. You start doing treadmill then rowing machine then free weights. This gives you a great variety. However, if you are more interested in cardio or weights, there isn't really an opportunity to focus on one or the other. The other issue I have is It is a very" feel good " experience. If you are looking for coaches that are going to get in your face and push you, this is not that kind of an experience.

The coaches are so motivational, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the workouts don't get boring.
