Although the store has many lovely items, customer service left a lot to be desired. The associate was on a personal telephone call the entire time I was in the store, having started the call well before I entered the store. At check out I commented on the long call, and he said you wouldn't believe it. Customer service is really poor in this store and I doubt I would return because of this.

LOOOOVE this store! Always find my cardstock and envelope supplies here. Now that Barnes & Noble owns Paper Source, you're able to use your B & N gift cards as well as their paid membership for discounts on purchases. Staff are also so awesome

Such a beautiful store with all types of paper products. Gorgeous wrapping papers that could be framed! Decorations, party supplies and art supplies, puzzles and more. A beautiful place for gift shopping.

I’ve loved Paper Source for many years. Tons of stationary, cards, gifts, and more. This location is clean and the staff is very friendly.

I am consistently not greeted when I walk into this store by myself. However, any time I enter the store with my white parent, we are greeted immediately. I have visited this store several times looking for specific items. Store employees consistently do not offer assistance. I left my number two times for this location to call me when a specific item was in stock. This courtesy was offered by the employees. I did not receive the call, although the item was in stock. When I mentioned this to the employee who took down my number, she said she remembered me and thought “someone else would call.”
I have probably shopped at this store once per month for 6 months. The way one certain store employee treats me when I am there by myself comes across as race and age discrimination as opposed to when I visit with my parent. It is a shame since the products are nice.

Great store if you're looking for cute knickknacks, funny cards or gift wrapping items like specialty wrapping paper, bows or boxes. The staff was less than welcoming to so I'm encouraged to return.
