The staff has always treated me with respect, knowledge, and empathy. I could never ask for more in an industry that often fall short of it. Thank you!

Front desk woman was quite rude and unkind while checking me in. Was incredibly patronizing over me not understanding exactly which form of blue cross I had. For example- if i were a teacher i wouldn't make my students feel bad for something I hadn't yet taught them. The nurse that did my vitals didn’t want to give my partner a glass of water for me (fyi your rooms say that coffee, tea, water, heated blankets and chargers are available by request- can only imagine what would happen if I asked for a blanket). Our PA was great and had us out quickly once we met with him. Usually I find the practitioner is the least personable of the people I come across in medical settings, but for this time, he was the only one who was kind to us! Hopefully you train your staff to better align with the hospitality features y’all advertise. It’s a really bad look.

I was in and out after seeing a doctor and with my prescriptions in hand in less than an hour. I come to this location whenever I need any kind of urgent care and I am never disappointed. I love that they can fill my prescriptions most of the time there so I don’t have to make an extra stop.

Very good minus the being sick part. The people are always polite and nice to talk to. The service is always good.

I am happy with the wait time, the xray technician and the PA. Their attentiveness is what I appreciate most. With a broken toe, I wasn't sent home with extra tape to keep my toe secured until I can see my doctor. No one took into account that I have to shower and my feet will sweat.

We walked in with smiles behind our masked faces and were met with the most rude staff of people I have ever encountered. Once my partner checked in he was beckoned by the front desk associate to sit down. A blonde woman with black glasses and bangs. She immediately. Started firing off questions to my sick partner faster than he could respond only to in turn tell him to slow down as he responded. Keep in mind when people come in, they typically are not feeling well. Despite having a sore throat, being tired and nauseated he answered and when he told her his insurance (CareFirst) she snarked back “Do you know which one? You know they have like thirty right?!”. He honestly doesn’t know how many different insurance companies there are, the only reason you know that ma’am is because it is your job to know that not my partners. She was so snippy and nasty at one point about every thing he said and every question he needed to respond to I simply said “OK” to make sure she knew we got the point- she didn’t want to help us, she didn’t want to be nice to us, she wanted to make sure we knew how inconvenienced she was for having to look up from her phone and help.We were soon after usherd back by another woman and my partner asked if I was allowed to come back with him, because we respect the rules and the workers there to which the lady with her brown hair in a clip responded “it’s up to you”. Some of the ways I would gave thought to respond are “of course!”, “yes” or even “no” because even if she said no we would have respected her response if she said it nicely. At this point I felt truly awful. I wanted my partner to get better and get treatment instead of trying to figure this out on his own and he had only been met with people who seemed to almost have a prejudice afainrs us. Was it because he was sick? Because we respectfully wore masks unlike everyone else? Was it because we were two men? Do they woman have kids? Would they want someone to talk to their child like that when they are sick? I cannot even understand why someone would be so nasty. She took his temperature etc and then parked us in a room. I wont complain about the wait because I understand it could have been crowded or understaffed. My partner was thirsty but didn’t want to be made to feel bad again by another employee. Since I was not the one who was sick (I’m guessing they enjoy being meaner to sick people?) I went out to ask the same woman who brought us to the room. I smiled through my mask and asked if I could get some water for my partner there were numerous nurses sranding around talking (not about work, its a curtain not a door, we hear everything) and while she said yes she and the other nurse that she was having the direct conversation with were clearly annoyed at being interrupted. Another nurse possibly the only person with ounce of kindness got up from typing to grab a cup and offer us some ice for the water. She handed it to me with a smile. I can’t tell you how much that act which based on the signs on your walls is standard practice was appreciated by both of us.Both my partners and I have worked in customer service, not anything like healthcare, but its funny how waitresses, and cashiers can juggle multiple people without being rude and are held to standards that not even these health professionals live up to for I am sure much higher pay.I will never step foot in this patient first again. If you gave me an NPS survey I would choose 0. I will tell everyone I know about this. I will post this everywhere for everyone to listen. I hope to the two incredibly mean healthcare workers who spent majority of the time I was there on the phone got whatever they wanted from being rude to someone who wasn’t well. I hope that if they are even in the same position that the people that they go to for help treat them with kindness and grace so maybe they can employ that help make the world a better place for patients and healthcare workers.

Today's visit was a good visit. The wait time was minimal and the staff was very friendly and helpful. A much better experience today, then the last time I attended Patient First.

It was a good experience. John the PA made me feel comfortable with my situation and anxiety that I came in with. He reassured me that my condition would be better within a week or so. I am already seeing positive result and feel confident it’s only going to get better.

My experience patient first was pleasantly Jonathan, the nurse practitioner, and the x-ray tech. Jen made my experience wonderful . Wow they were both so pleasently inviting . Oh wait let’s not forget the receptionist that took all my information. I’m sorry I forgot her name, but she was kind ❤️ . Thank you staff for being so supportive and kind.
