I had a great experience at Patterson Park Apartments. I was on the 5th floor. The apartment building is a little old, but for the price I think it was totally worth it. I had high ceilings, great sunlight, and an outstanding view. Management always responded to my calls and emails. I will always call this a hidden gem.
