“Living at Anthem House/A2 has been an excellent experience, and a huge part of that is because of the outstanding maintenance team — especially Dionte, Assistant Manager. Over the past year, he has overseen maintenance operations for both Anthem House and A2 while the team was significantly short staffed, and his dedication never went unnoticed.
Despite the workload, Dionte consistently handled maintenance issues quickly, professionally, and with an incredible level of expertise. In addition to managing day-to-day resident concerns, he coordinated major projects including new parking lot lighting across three floors, implementation of new parking gate access systems, ongoing elevator issues, and the training of technicians and interns.
What stands out most is his extensive knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism. He approaches every situation with urgency, patience, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Even under pressure, he maintained high standards and ensured residents continued receiving excellent service.

“I'm leaving this from a private account because I don't want to be reached out to... It's just after reading through some of the other reviews, I wanted to give my honest and unbiased opinion as a tenant who has been here for a few years now and has seen the change in management. There definitely has been a little bit of turnover in the last few months, the old manager and leasing team seemed a bit all over the place and unsure/overwhelmed with a lot of broken promises, I will be honest. However, there is an entirely new staff downstairs who I have gone down and met and after speaking with them have been doing their job for a while now and you can tell they genuinely care about cleaning up the mess that was left before them. I don't think it's fair for them to be shamed for things they have no control over due to the poor management before them. I've seen the package room cleaned and have apartment numbers written on it for organization. The new leasing member, Trinity, has quite literally pulled out every single package out of the lockers just to find one for me due to Amazon's carelessness. She and her colleague also always speak when I walk by and are extremely friendly. Please take note that I truly don't believe the poor reviews reflect the new team here. I had an issue where the old manager never posted my $500 credit for a referral I gave, went down to the office and it was resolved that same day. I plan to renew my lease when it's up in May with the added trust and kindness of the new team and encourage you to keep this in mind when reading through the reviews.”
“So far so good!!! I could have give this a 5 star. I been living hear for six months now. The only problem is when people smoke in the hallway or in there place, the smell gets in my apartment and I dont like it bec there times my daughter come visit me. The smell will get on her or we inhale it and im not a smoker at all. It can be frustrated at times.”

“I just rented a one bedroom apartment at Gallery Tower and the leasing agent Fatima was really helpful and informative during the apartment tour as well as the application process. She was very knowledgeable about the apartment, the building amenities and answered all my questions during application process very patiently. Highly recommend working with this professional.
As for the apartment, it’s pretty spacious for a one bed with ample storage, large kitchen and a great view from the 16th floor. I will post further edits to my review as I start living here this month.”

“My experience at My. Washington Seminole apts had its ups and downs trying to get maintenance done and getting thru to the office. However, working with Mona was very interactive and helpful. Mona worked with me tiny try and get relocated within the community but eventually it seemed better to relocate to a bldg with an elevator and senior activities. Due to decisions taking longer than anticipated, it became a time crunch to get moved out. Mona is very pleasant to work with.”
“The maintenance team is very prompt. Especially Will has helped me out a bunch. The leasing office is quite helpful as well, Janice is very friendly. Building is old but the efficiency of the maintenance team quite makes up for most of it. Lifts alone are still an issue cause there’s a never a time when all of them work.”

“I had the opportunity to tour 2 very well maintained, and very clean apartments (1 in each building). I really love the idea of tenants having a key fob, for security to enter the building. I also liked that the laundry areas were clean, but I think that it could be a little bigger given the amount of tenants in the building. The employees in the leasing office were very busy, but helpful. I also like the amount of space that the apartments have to offer. The only downside to Wellesley House for me is, there should be more renovations to the kitchens and bathrooms.”
“My partner and I loved living at HH! Aneesa and Tristan are so great to work with and more organized than the first property managers I worked with when we moved in last year. Truly, it was a change we noticed when management switched. Aneesa and Tristan are attentive and answered any questions we had as quick as they could, and try to help out as best they can. Also, the appliances were great and we loved how big the bathtubs were + water pressure is good too. Washer and dryer in unit was also great.
We had some issues with our packages getting stolen but the leasing team was on it right away and handled the matter very professionally, which we were very appreciative of, and took it into their own hands to make sure the packages were placed in a locked room only residents had access to before they closed each night.”
