“Anthem House is an amazing place to live in the past almost 2 years. The management, concerning, and maintenance teams always go above and beyond. Love that they continuously upgrade amenities and give updates and even discounts to local restaurants. Location is perfect too. Definitely lucky to have this place be my first apartment in Baltimore.”

“I am not sure why there are negative reviews, but everyone is entitled to their opinions. This place has been one of the best complex I’ve lived in, and I’ve lived in 4 different major cities.Management- I wasn’t here yet before the original company (I think now it’s Brookfield Properties), but they have been accommodating for me personally. Sure, sometimes they can’t answer right away. Understandably so since I feel like they have been understaffed since the transition to new owners. Shout out to Kaylan- not sure, but I think she has been running the show solo, and understandably she is busy. Janea has stepped in recently, and has been communicative. I can see the reviews about not getting back, but I think this is a transition period.Maintenance- one of the biggest positive in this complex. Not only are they friendly (both of the gentlemen), but they are fast, efficient, and will tell it to you straight. No complaints here.Amenities- gym is great and has what you need, and the pool, though small, is serviceable and has a relatively nice street view. The rooftop terrace is the star here- great city/inner harbor/fed hill park (almost 360 degree) views. Used it a lot to grill and just hang out. Great spot to watch holiday fireworks (I.e. Fourth of July, new years, Ravens/Orioles victories). Great/quiet work rooms.Safety- for me personally, I never felt unsafe. I also paid for assigned parking, and those garage doors never failed. I walked my dog frequently around the neighborhood at weird hours (I have a non-basic working schedule), and I never felt unsafe. Obviously, don’t put yourself in bad situations. The surrounding area is mostly residential, and I never saw vagrants.Unit itself was excellent. If you have a chance to lease an east-facing unit, do it- it’s worth it. I had incredible views of Inner Harbor. If you’re not used to city noise, then I wouldn’t. I grew up in cities so I’m used to it, but honestly wasn’t bad. This is a quiet part of Key Highway. You also have the Ritz property in front of you, and a walkable boardwalk along Inner Harbor for exercise/dog walking. Also, you are close enough to the bars/restaurants to walk to, but far enough from the noise- a perfect set up for me as a single mid-30s male. Besides a first week washer issue, and an odor issue (which were resolved immediately), I have no complaints about the unit. Neighbors are friendly (and is a dog-friendly/heavy complex too).My only negative here is choosing the correct unit. The clubhouse/game room is on the last floor on top, so if you live right below it, you will hear the footsteps all night. Can’t really help the noise since people are entitled to the clubhouse up to 10pm.In conclusion, my favorite complex that I have lived in so far. Again, shout outs to Kaylan, Jenae, and the maintenance team!”

“The Harriet Apartments are a ? in the heart of downtown Baltimore. With digital entry at each entrance, and Concierge or Security attending the front desk throughout the day and night, you get the sense that this is almost an eccentric safe space in Baltimore city.I love the historical intricate details, and natural lighting filling the halls. The stone and marble work throughout the building to highlight its immersive city hall counterparts. The renovations throughout the building and units really gives the Harriet, a luxury loft allure. I really enjoy my lux conveniences throughout the building, the rooftop penthouse with outdoor deck is always a perk, perfect to impress guests with amaaazziinggg views of the city in every direction. The dog park on the other side of the roof, isolated for privacy. Management hosts events regularly which are always a good experience, often free with support of local vendors. The shops and business spaces are opening soon. Love to see the growth providing opportunities. The new ballroom can also be reserved for private hosting, which is immaculate, ultra high ceilings, beautiful decor..throughout the entire building, but that’s just the building. The staff are amazing!! The property manager Theresa has been the most accommodating professional, and such a joy to speak with. She gets it done! Her team will make sure to guide you with your best interest, ensuring the smoothest process. I really did appreciate the tour and personal touches with the welcome package? The Harriet has a good thing going on right in the heart of everything Baltimore charm- I am excited to see all of the continuous growth with The Harriet.”

“Great apartment, great location, and all amenities. The community is ideal for students or faculty and right nearby campus. The moving in process was made easy by the great staff members and maintenance is always fast with professional and kind people. I especially recommend this community, because of the great people who work at the leasing office and go above and beyond to make us feel home and give the community a beautiful spirit, organizing regular events and getting to know the residents. Tedsa was fabulous and eased all the moving process with her kindness and professionalism, she is always available for any concern and always has a kind attention for everyone, thank her so much. It really ads up greatly to the safe environment, particularly for female residents, and the community is also very family friendly ! Living at the Carlyle is a great experience !”

“My experience with The Redwood was amazing. I was referred to Michael and he did not disappoint. He gave me a tour and was very detailed about the space and application process. I was approved quickly and received my lease within 2 days. I'm grateful and happy to call The Redwood my new home.”

“I had the opportunity to tour 2 very well maintained, and very clean apartments (1 in each building). I really love the idea of tenants having a key fob, for security to enter the building. I also liked that the laundry areas were clean, but I think that it could be a little bigger given the amount of tenants in the building. The employees in the leasing office were very busy, but helpful. I also like the amount of space that the apartments have to offer. The only downside to Wellesley House for me is, there should be more renovations to the kitchens and bathrooms.”

“I had a wonderful experience during the apartment complex tour led by Gabby. She was incredibly nice and provided excellent tours, showcasing all the features and amenities the complex has to offer. Gabby was not only knowledgeable about the property but also went above and beyond to answer all our questions, making the application process much smoother. Her friendly and helpful demeanor made the tour a positive and informative experience. Overall, I highly appreciate Gabby's assistance and professionalism throughout the visit.”

“Tiffany has been such a pleasure to work with during my apartment search. When I met her for the tour, she was instantly welcoming and so knowledgeable about the building, community and history of the land. Tiffany has made this process such a pleasure with her great communication and positive attitude. The building is secure, clean, quietly and friendly!! Would recommend adding Highland Haus to your list if you are in the market for a new/beautiful apartment!”

“I’ve only interacted w/ Brittany and Michael, and mostly Michael. Overall the entire staff is friendly, helpful and respectful. Brittany was friendly and I felt at ease when interacting with her from day 1.Michael was the star of the show. He was patient with me from day one and went above and beyond to ensure moving in was as easy as possible. When he showed me apartments I caught glimpses of him taking pictures and filling out maintenance requests on his phone for anything maintenance needed to be aware of. That was where he won me over. It wasn’t just a 9-5. He took pride in the residence and pride in the upkeep. He was proactive in problem solving and in all my years of renting I never saw someone proactively upkeep the place. That was where he built my trust and won me over. I knew just based on that, that I was going to lease a unit. Sometimes customer service is a deal breaker over the product/service and in this case it was.On the move in day, I couldn’t find my keys and I called Michael, (this was right after closing time) and he came back to the apartment building to try and see how we could resolve it. Luckily, I found the keys. Michael went above and beyond by going back and making sure the loading dock opened for the moving truck. This was all after closing hours.Moving into the city I was not expecting the parking issues/garages. Michael looked up the parking authorities website and provided it to me so that I could choose a parking garage. He couldn’t give me a specific garage but the fact he pointed me in the right direction showed his level of care for his residents and prospects. That was my entire experience with Michael from start to finish and he never switched up after I signed the lease. These are things I look for in a leasing agent/consultant and he set the standards high and anyone else has big shoes to fill because he was just that awesome!”

“I lived in Remington Row for three years - it's the only place I've lived in for such a long period of time besides my childhood home - so I feel like I can accurately assess what living here is really like. I moved in one week before the Covid-19 lockdown went into effect. I had to unexpectedly move out of my previous apartment after it was broken into. Remington Row was a godsend for me during this time. It was home for me in a time when the concept of "home" became even more important. I hunkered down here, adopted a cat here, changed careers here; it really became a sentimental place for me.Here's what I loved about it: - Seawall development, the company that manages this property, is great. Their staff is responsive, professional, and efficient. - Anytime I had a maintenance request or a question, concierge or the property managers were quick to act. No maintenance request ever went unanswered for more than 24 hours and I usually had someone coming by to fix the issue the very next day. - The close proximity to amazing local businesses is unbeatable. R. House, B. Willow, Cafe Los Suenos, Charmington's, Sweet 27, Mount Royal Soaps, and so many more are all within a 5 minute or less walking distance.- The common areas are really nice. The elevated courtyard is the perfect place to hang with friends, workout outside, or even grill. - The convenience of free garage parking, a secure mail room, trash chutes, and the excellent concierge staff are some things I'll always be grateful for. Here's what I didn't love about it:- The in-unit washing machines aren't great. It's a combination dryer and washer and mine needed to be serviced at least three times during my time here. It always took forever to do laundry. - The elevators broke ALL the time. At least every person living here more than a year has a story about being stuck in the elevator or being in the elevator when it did something inexplicably weird (for me, I was dropped down to the bottom floor and all the lights went out at 3am. It was awful).- The fire alarm went off falsely very very frequently. There was one month that we had five false alarms. Some of them happening at 2am, 3am, 4am, etc. I was often paranoid that eventually, there'd be an actual fire, and no one would take the alarm seriously enough to evacuate because false alarms were so common. Overall, I'd say these are the best landlords I've ever had. Despite my unit being a tight 600 sq ft, I stayed here for a long time because of the convenience of the amenities and the professionalism of the staff. My only complaints are to do with how some details like fire alarms, elevators, and washer/dryers were glossed over when the building was constructed.I'd recommend Remington Row to anyone looking for a secure, comfortable place to call home.”

“At 1st everything was good, And then after 1year of living here I had roaches, Uncontrollably roaches. Mr. Marken the property manager is wonderful and very understanding,”

“I can only speak for my apartment and my experience was great . It was actually better than i expected. I had no mice . We had bugs here/there in the summertime , probably from a window or something but other that no rodents. They did come to fix anything I brought to their attention and some stuff that I didn’t . Like my kitchen light . My dishwasher did work but it made my dishes smell . I didn’t report that because I usually wash my dishes myself. But overall my experience was nice . If I didn’t need anything bigger I probably would’ve stayed . And I was in a bottom unit and my neighbors over top of me had three kids , I could hear them here and there but never enough to complain about. It’s pretty quiet. And clean . And I’m greatful for the experience . It is a homeless guy that hangs out in the area, I only saw him twice and once he did sleep in the hallway, that’s the only thing I didn’t like.but he did leave as soon as he saw me”

“I am a new tenant, but so far I am very very happy here. There is plenty of parking, the common spaces are very clean and my top floor apartment with cathedral ceilings is gorgeous. I only wish that the balconies were bigger so that I could create a nice outdoor space.”

“I lived at the Baltimorean Apartments for 2 years. They are located close to the Hopkins Homewood campus (~7 minute walk). JHU shuttles go from that area to the Hopkins Hospital, and the purple circulator is a free bus you can use to go downtown. CVS, Starbucks, and Streets (small grocery store) are a 5 minute walk away along with a few restaurants. This area is generally pretty safe and has Hopkins security guards patrolling on foot and in cars 24/7. If you have a car, there are parking spots behind the building that you pay for monthly which allows you not to have to street park.Bobbi, the building manager, is absolutely fantastic! She always answered my emails quickly (same day, within minutes or hours if busy). Any time I had any issues with maintenance, she made sure they were addressed by the next business day. I only had 2 or 3 small issues over my two years. I never had any issues with bugs or rodents. The exterminator came every 6ish weeks to treat each floor preventatively. The trash room was also very clean and easily accessible. The building, overall, is older but very well maintained and clean. They are often putting fresh coats of paint in the lobby and working on landscaping at the front of the building and in the courtyard.”

“I love my apartment but my service requests were completed with a very slow response. I have been her since August and as a new tenant, I was just not getting the service I deserved. However, the Peak MGMT intervened after my contact and I received the help that I needed. I am still dealing with a loud Blower in my bedroom that has not been resolved. The Blower kicks on in the middle of the night when either my AC or Heat is on and it awakens me. I am told there is nothing they can do as the Blower was put behind the wall in a bad location. This is still unresolved.”

“Jemal was super friendly and helpful through my entire live in process. From being patient and answering all my questions in a timely manner to just greeting me by name with a smile while walking in common areas. Additionally, Mr Larry has been the most helpful! Going out his way to hold the elevator or help me when I was struggling to independently bring bulk items from the mail room. Even fixing my Maintenence request un under 12 hrs. Renew seems to have a great team.”

“Imagine getting denied and still feeling the need to leave a 5 star review? Nelly is the epitome of customer service. She was patient, honest and non judgmental. Prior to coming in Nelly sold me over the phone but meeting her, a beautiful person inside out. So much vibrant energy and made even a disappointing situation light hearted. I’ll be back just because Nelly took her time to do the application with me, while answering phones and still attending to the needs of residents and keeping a smile. The service is way better than the other properties in the area.”

“Maintenance people are top notch. If you call the office for service they are usually out the same day if its something important. Also the guys who maintain the property are very respectful and work hard. Don't see one guy in the truck on the phone while the other one is outside working. The property is maintained very well. My only small complaint is I wish they would get 8-Yd trash container verses those small 6-Yd's. Usually the trash starts to overflow pretty fast after its emptied. But that's not really to big of a deal. RMI are someone I would recommend to anyone”

“After almost 3 years, I just moved out 14 days ago. My quiet loft was facing the courtyard, very large windows and tons of open space. I loved it. But better than the open space, I felt so safe. There is someone at the front desk, all the time. Going to bed at night, feeling that peace that you are in a very secure building, meant the world to me. The front desk employees are so nice, especially Dean, who went above and beyond to assist in helping the residents, always with a smile on his face. Mike and Woody, terrific maintenance team, always there within hours, I hardly had any issues though. Coffee, hot chocolate, work stations, printer, very nice gym that overlooks courtyard (cleaned all the time and always spotless), pool overlooking the Harbor....you just cannot do better. Great restaurant across from building (Bayside Cantina) walk to Safeway in 5 minutes, walk to Canton Square in 5 minutes, perfect location off 95. I would walk to Harris Teeter, too. There is also a community Whatsapp, it is very active and tons of conversations within the community, perfect for someone moving to Baltimore and not knowing anyone, you will make friends easily here(all ages). Believe me, you will not be disappointed, Matt and Joan (property manager) take beautiful care of the property. I loved it there.”

“I haven't had any major issues at the apartment complex, it's very quiet and peaceful, no one hanging around outside. the tenants are nice.only issue I have it's with the tenants that have dogs, there not on a leash and just running around and could seriously injured someone or my grandkids .and the constant barking all day and night i can't get any sleep. other than that i love it here, i couldn't have asked for a better place to live.”
