Tez, in particular, is always willing to assist and makes sure my questions and home concerns are addressed. I really appreciate the great service and the sense of comfort this community provides. I’m happy to have lived here for so many years and would definitely recommend it!”
“HH Mid-Town is a building with a great amount of common space . The shower has amazing water pressure . For the most part , I would recommend this place to people if asked . Lei and Trin help us to make the building feel homely as well .”

From her.One of the standout aspects was the response time. Whenever I had questions or needed information, the team responded quickly and professionally, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
I especially want to highlight Alyssa Ellison, who was extremely efficient and helpful throughout my experience. Not only did she respond promptly, but she was also very knowledgeable about the units and the property overall. She made sure to provide all the important information up front, which I really appreciated. It made everything much clearer and helped me feel confident in the decisions I was making.
Alyssa’s professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail truly made a difference. If you’re considering 520 Park Avenue, having someone like her assist you makes the experience much easier and more pleasant. I would definitely recommend working with her if you have the opportunity.”

“Living at Anthem House/A2 has been an excellent experience, and a huge part of that is because of the outstanding maintenance team — especially Dionte, Assistant Manager. Over the past year, he has overseen maintenance operations for both Anthem House and A2 while the team was significantly short staffed, and his dedication never went unnoticed.
Despite the workload, Dionte consistently handled maintenance issues quickly, professionally, and with an incredible level of expertise. In addition to managing day-to-day resident concerns, he coordinated major projects including new parking lot lighting across three floors, implementation of new parking gate access systems, ongoing elevator issues, and the training of technicians and interns.
What stands out most is his extensive knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism. He approaches every situation with urgency, patience, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Even under pressure, he maintained high standards and ensured residents continued receiving excellent service.
Dionte’s leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to both properties are truly exemplary and deserve recognition. Anthem House and A2 are fortunate to have someone so dedicated managing operations behind the scenes.”

“My experience at My. Washington Seminole apts had its ups and downs trying to get maintenance done and getting thru to the office. However, working with Mona was very interactive and helpful. Mona worked with me tiny try and get relocated within the community but eventually it seemed better to relocate to a bldg with an elevator and senior activities. Due to decisions taking longer than anticipated, it became a time crunch to get moved out. Mona is very pleasant to work with.”

“I wanted to share some feedback on my leasing experience at Gallery Tower.
There were quite a few bumps along the way, including an unexpected issue that came up during the process, but the team made every part of it easier. Ms. Autumn has been our main point of contact, and she has been incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She handled that unexpected situation calmly and professionally, which gave us real confidence and made it possible for us to move forward with the lease. As first time renters here, we also had a lot of questions, sometimes the same ones more than once, but she never once made us feel like we were being a bother. She always took the time to explain things clearly and made sure we felt taken care of.
Her manager and the front desk staff have been just as wonderful, always friendly and ready to help whenever we've stopped by or needed something. They really are a great team.
Moving can be stressful, especially when unexpected issues come up, but the kindness and professionalism of this team made a real difference. Thank you all for making this such a positive experience.”

“I’ve had a great experience living at Carlyle Apartments. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to call home. The landscaping is beautiful, and the neighborhood feels safe and welcoming.
One of the things I appreciate most is the management team. They are friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The maintenance staff is also responsive and efficient, resolving requests quickly and keeping everything in excellent condition.
The apartments are spacious and comfortable, and I especially appreciate the convenient location with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major roads. Overall, Carlyle Apartments offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and value.

“I had the opportunity to tour 2 very well maintained, and very clean apartments (1 in each building). I really love the idea of tenants having a key fob, for security to enter the building. I also liked that the laundry areas were clean, but I think that it could be a little bigger given the amount of tenants in the building. The employees in the leasing office were very busy, but helpful. I also like the amount of space that the apartments have to offer. The only downside to Wellesley House for me is, there should be more renovations to the kitchens and bathrooms.”

“So far so good!!! I could have give this a 5 star. I been living hear for six months now. The only problem is when people smoke in the hallway or in there place, the smell gets in my apartment and I dont like it bec there times my daughter come visit me. The smell will get on her or we inhale it and im not a smoker at all. It can be frustrated at times.”
