5/4 Great experience for a pick up. Loaded me before appointment, not a single person with attitude like the other reviews say. In and out in less than 30 mins. Great forklift guy.

Drive around to the back and there is a check in door by yellow stairs
Checkin and docked fast, once docked I waited over 3 hours in a dock with others waiting in docks and sitting trucks not in yet! That's ridiculous! The loaders are way to relax and just don't care enough to be quick...

Lunch break starts at 12 PM. They check the order number that starts with 38. Usually there is a line. I was loaded in 15 minutes, but waited 2 hours in line. The truck before me was loaded in 1 hour and 10 minute
