I was here the other day and Brandy went above and beyond to help me. She stopped what she was doing and took the time to help me in a confusing and frustrating situation that was not the banks issue or fault at all. She was so kind and patient the entire time and I am so appreciative of her help! Thank you Brandy!

You now need to schedule an appt for service??OK, but there aren’t any available on-line for next 10 days at the local branch!?! WTH?!Need help while In the branch? Good luck. You need an appointment! To request one while in the bank, a teller won’t help other than to point to a QR Code… you have to scan a NON-WORKING QR Code, get a camera “lesson” from a teller to prove the issue is the QR Code, not you or your phone’s camera, wait for teller to find someone else who can assist you to schedule an appointment JUST to get an answer to a question regarding your business account!!?!? “Service”, or the lack thereof, has been reduced to codes, sites, apps, and self-checkouts, and PNC’s idea of automation is anything but an improvement.Did I mention how the hackers continue to have better access to my funds than I do? If I forget to place a travel notice with the bank, I can’t even use my card out of state without a decline, yet someone in France can charge 5 things and yet the card is never flagged!?! WTH?

I dont usually write reviews but this place is terrible. Made an appointment only to have walk ins taken ahead of us. Waited almost 2 hours with a 6 year old and infant. Ended up leaving because we were never seen

Never had to write a bad review of a place in my life but after today, it must be done. I LOVE PNC, but this branch is a joke. As I waited in line to do something as simple as get a new debit card, I witnessed the staff at this location behave unprofessionally with not one but TWO different customers dealing with the loss of family members. They were ignored, pushed aside, and concerns weren’t met properly. In fact, in the MIDDLE of them speaking with another person trying to close their dead daughters bank account, they took me and told me that I couldn’t see a banker that day to get a new card because “all their appointments were filled for the day.” At 1PM…. After they told me to sit and wait patiently for a banker and I waited for twenty minutes. If you have anything to do aside from doing a deposit, do NOT come here. In fact, maybe don’t come here for that — because as I was leaving, another person was coming in to complain about an issue with their deposit. AVOID!

This bank is the worst no one knows what they're doing, my grandson trying to cash a pnc bank check he's 16.and these people act like he cashing a million dollar check.. the guy Brandon is the only one knows what he's doing.. smh. And you want him to open an account.. ?

As with keeping with PNC tradition, poor customer service, rude employees, always excuses for the above. Sadly they are one of they few banks that I can deal with from states to state.

My business has been going to this branch for about 17 years. PNC has been running this branch for at least a decade of that now, and the speed and service has declined dramatically only recently. Several times I've been the only vehicle in the drive-thru, had all of my PNC-issued deposit slips completed and accurate, and it's still taken upwards of 15-20 minutes to be on my way when there's a "dedicated" person working at the window. It seems they'll often stop in the middle of processing my transactions to help another teller with another customer instead of finishing one thing at a time. Really saddened by this sudden and dramatic drop in convenience and am talking with my partner to move our company's accounts elsewhere.
