So I always do door dash and every time I give them the benefit of the doubt. Every time I get my food it cold, the chicken always dry missing some of my item or just thrown in the bag. Every time I complain through door dash and they send me my money back. But I feel yall need to get ppl in there that will make sure ppl get the proper service cause this is rediculous that every time I order something is wrong with the ppl that’s working there . I get I’ll no longer be getting anything from this location

I’m in the car with my dad and baby sister we decide to get Popeyes before i get my hair done. I’m sipping on my bitter sweet tea with 0 sugar. As I’m nearing finishing the drink i taste particles in my mouth and almost throw up after i open my cup. ??

Do not order from the app from this store. They do not package the food properly, leaving the drivers to do whatever they want with your food, wrong drinks, no receipt on bags that are sealed. Do better

Didn't have any chicken ready, waited for about 10 minutes. Order was wrong, I wanted spicy chicken, had none, and I wanted a large cup of beans without the rice , got beans and rice. I ordered 2 and did not receive them. I was at your Howard Street store around 10-10:15p.m. I spent $32.32 cents and got home and realized I didn't receive all of what I ordered. I called back to the store, and they would answer the phone. You had a heavy set guy working the drive-thru and a little short man who I think was the manager. So, how do I get refunded for the items I receive? I really like your spicy chicken and rice and beans, but I expect to get what I paid for also.

I had a coupon for a 5pc signature chicken and two sides and a drink which was cold 8049 but when my mother gets to the drive-through, they told her I still policy they can’t take my coupon which it says all I have to do is give you the coupon number even in a small print, they refuse to take my mother’s order wasted a whole entire coupon. And showed not a care in the world I’m very pissed

Sat in drive through for 15 min at 10am and I was there at 10am they suppose to opened at 10am, front door locked. Called and the guy answers and says the fryers aren’t heated up…. Sir yall open at 10am which means chicken should be ready at 10am! Not just getting there at 10 and cutting fryers on at 10! Now I’m late to work and inconvenienced because of this restaurant! Smh

I made a order of a piece butterfly combo aeddie. The butterflies shrimps was overcooked. Couldn't eat him, had to throw him away. And they charge me 10 dollars, which was not worth it.
