I'm so happy I came here. I needed to ship 3 extra large boxes to my son in Vancouver, WA and the lady working today was beyond helpful and beyond kind. If you need to ship via FedEx or UPS I would recommend coming here first. The customer service is far better than the UPS stores and FedEx stores. This will now be my go to location for anything I have to mail or ship.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Postman Plus. Every time I’ve gone into that place, I am greeted with smiles. They have always been so helpful and during difficult times, they have shown such concern and care. I really appreciate having someplace to send my packages securely. The porch pirates have taken over and I never have to worry about not receiving my packages. They ate the best!!

The best! My sister and I use them all of the time for our small business deliveries. I've also shipped fragile to Australia and to other states and they have helped package. Great hours.

Katie and Freddy are the best. They can help you with just about everything shipping and are always courteous and professional. My wife and I signed up for a box with them and I will definitely be renewing when the time comes. This place is a lifesaver with all the porch pirating in Baltimore. Thanks y'all!!

Every time I go it's a pleasurable moment everyone is so nice and helpful. They have everything I need to mail out a letter or a large box and it's quicker than the post office. Not to take anything away from the USPS. I just find it to be a bit more personable.
