There units was dirty and I'm dealing with a hole outside of my unit that could possibly fill with water and leak back into my unit. I've been trying to talk with the lady Michelle but at first it was a hard job trying to get to speak with her or someone @wilken ave location. I just posted this and they really don't reply cause as soon as it post there response came.

Very disappointed with Prime Storage. They boast about their pricing and specials to get you to move into one of the units and then the prices are like $20 dollars more than they quoted you…misleading to say the least! Now 3 months after you move in they almost doubled the amount of your unit! Let’s just say I’ll be moving out of the unit before my next payment is due.

Had a great experience the staff was very friendly and very helpful to our needs made sure we had the space that we needed, couldn't ask for a better space and experience very thankful for the ladies help. Definitely will recommend to everyone.

Google maps sent me to the wrong address and the lady working there was so wonderful she escorted me to the right address ,when we got to the gate my Code didn’t work. She help me straighten everything out. She was kind and helpful. I’d like to thank her. I don’t know her name, but she was wonderful.

There is an awesome property manager named Michelle at this site where I have rented a unit. She was very assisting to what suits me. She was very proficient with selecting a unit for me due to one of the units being moved out of and she had to clear and clean it before I could move in. It was no worries because she found me a better reasonable unit that fits what I needed. Customer service was very much so on point and when she says she’s going to call you back she means business.
