Horrible experience!!! I called 2 times back to back only to be on hold for over 30 min before speaking to anyone, then they kept connecting me to different reps making me have to explain my situation over & over, then I was disconnected. THIS HAPPENED ON BOTH CALLS! I ended up solving the problem myself by visiting YouTube

DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE. Worst protection service you can get with TRUST ME. If you want to cancel before your contract is up they will charge you $700+ And they dont even tell you when you sign up
