I had to wait 20 mins before someone showed up and when I got there it was a man already waiting and he had been there longer than I was. The young lady that helped me was friendly and kind. The building it self is outdated elevator don’t work you have to wait for an attendant to give you a hand cart and that’s after you give them your id to hold while you are using it. Dumpsters have chains on them so you can’t use them. They charge for a lock even if you have one and they just refund you the price of the lock. I know I will only be using this for about a month so I’m not too concerned.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the service here. First off, they charged me for the next month’s rent, since I moved out on July 1st instead of June 30th, which I understand is part of the policy I signed. But what they also charged me for was for insurance on the unoccupied space for the entire month as well, even though I had taken out all of my belongings on July 1st before 10 am. It is a scam to charge me insurance for the whole month in which I don’t have anything stored and was moved out on the first day of July before 10am. Typically insurance is applied on a daily basis, not monthly! This is unfair and feels like a blatant money grab.
Also, there was no unlocked bathroom available during their stated working hours, which is extremely inconvenient when I have movers working there all through the morning hours. To make matters worse, there was nobody present to assist during their advertised 9-5 working hours. On the rare occasion that there was anybody there, the two individuals working chose to take a lunch break right when I needed assistance, insisting that they needed to take the break together and that we had to wait till they were back. When we were first moving all of our belongings into the storage facility, we needed assistance on what to do and where to store our stuff. We had movers (who are charged by the hour) help bring our things to the storage unit. However, when we arrived, the two workers went on a break and had us waiting for an hour which also added a charge for us with the movers. Overall, my experience here was very bad due to their lack of service and unfair policies, and I will not use public storage anywhere, any time and would not recommend them to anyone.

The representatives there especially Renee, friendly, kind, curious and gives you a full walk through. She even made sure I knew how to use my access code and walked me to my unit. ???

I’ll give a couple of stars for the location and convenience of that, but many other things are lacking here. I know it’s a storage facility and this one is particularly older, but this place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in decades. Also, I’m wary of the wooden flooring in my unit which looks like water damage could be a concern. Lastly, the access hours are WAY TOO RESTRICTIVE. Come on guys, Extra Space Storage lets you access until 9 or 10 pm. This place on weekends shuts it down at 5pm and 6pm all other days. People need more time to access their stuff or move stuff in without constant reminders of closing time! Wish I would have just paid the extra money and went to Extra Space or further out to Life Storage.

We've been storing here for about 5 months and have had a great experience. No bells and whistles, just simple affordable storage with kind employees. We arrived at 5:02 today ( Saturday 3/16) aka 2 minutes after close. The gentleman working was kind enough to let us run in really quickly as we just needed to grab our dogs kennel from our unit. Saved us so much time and hassle by doing this for us! Today was one of those days where everything that can go wrong does. Very grateful for his kindness and compassion because it turned our whole day around.
