At times there are no hand carts for carrying large items, but lately that has been improving. The facility is normally clean at the entrance area inside and on the upper storage level floor. The temperature has been comfortable as well.

This Ridgley location happens to be the best location I have ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with many. Paula is amazing. She’s personable and goes above and beyond. I must say she represents the company very well. I’ve never given a review and have dealt with at least 10 Public Storage facilities around the country. I highly recommend this location and I want to express my sincere thank you to Paula and your benevolence
