These guys offer "on site" mobile detailing but I wonder if they actually offer their services "on time". I scheduled with Shine On Site Detailing to come and service my SUV at home around lunch time at 12 noon but it was almost 3 when Matt arrived. I wasn't in a hurry in any way but the mere fact that the service was scheduled at 12 noon then they should have arrived at 12 noon. I can always understand if they are about 15 to 30 minutes late but arriving 2 hours after the schedules time is just unacceptable. I went through with the detail anyway and when Matt was finished, I was more than underwhelmed with how my car turned out. I expected my car's exterior to actually be super shiny after the detail (after all, their name is "SHINE on Site") but for some reason my car still ended up looking dull. Matt took all the time he needed to service my car even though he was super late so there is just no excuse for my car to end up looking the way it did. I asked him if he was able to properly buff my car's exterior and he said "yes". He could've taken a hint and asked if I am satisfied with the results but lo and behold, he just asked for the payment and went his merry way to probably his next client. It's my first time getting my car serviced by these guys and it will definitely be my last. So if you are a car owner in Maryland looking for a quality auto detailers, you might be better off with some other detailer and that's just my honest opinion based on my recent experience with them.

I've had Davis Mobile Detailing come and clean my personal vehicles as well as our business vehicles and trailers for awhile. Lamont and his staff are very professional and really pay attention to every detail. I have over $500 worth of cleaning supplies in my garage that I haven't touched since they started cleaning the vehicles.
