My appointment was 11:20. I arrived at 11:10 am but wasn't called back until 1145.
There was one person waiting and he said he has been waiting for 30 mins and his appointment was at 11 am. You could hear the ladies in the the back laughing and talking. Once I got back the lady was texting on her phone and talking to her coworker while trying to enter my my QPassport number. She typed it in wrong at least 5 times because she was texting and talking.
This place is the dirtiest, trashiest, unprofessional medical place I have ever seen. The Lockbox is so filthy, the hand soap is on the trash can, she didnt wear gloves while touching the package and cup until she poured the contents into the cup. Just dirty. I hope her hands didn't contaminate my sample.

Didn’t have the supplies for my test. Had a similar issue previously and tried to call ahead but their phone system is 100% automated and has no way to contact the actual locations. Staff was nice but their system should not let me schedule an appointment and drive across town for a test they know they can’t provide.

This is the worst experience I’ve had getting a drug test done. The phlebotomist told me to wait 30 minutes after I felt like I couldn’t go. I couldn’t leave the lobby and she held on to my ID. I ended up waiting in the waiting area for over an hour and 30 minutes, and no one was trying to let me back in there to go to the bathroom until I had to ask another nurse to help.

The Staff are extremely nice, professional, and very well educated. I'm not good with remembering names but the two young ladies that were on staff, I made a mistake and scared one of them when I walked to the back unannounced. It was funny (lol) afterwards and again I truly apologize.

I've never had any problems with Quest and I've been going there for years. I usually get served quick.The people have always been curious and friendly. No complaints at all.I go there for my self and granddaughter. At least every 3 months.

Amazingly sweet staff, very speedy. Call ahead and make an appointment. Many of the staff masked but only surgical.
Only downside is the building is really outdated and today at least, it smelled like cigarette smoke

The Quest Diagnostics on Garson Boulevard please do not go to that one you guys the nurses are rude very unprofessional, very hostile, and they are committing fraud. They had me piss in a cup just to tell my job that I refused to take the drug test and had me sign off on the drug test. They try their best to hinder people from getting to the bed, so if you have a drug test, do not repeat, do not go to the quest diagnostics on Garrison Boulevard
