If I could leave 0 stars I would! I have been to this location twice and each time I was turned away. The workers are extremely rude and lazy. You can tell they hate their job. Its sad how miserable people end up when they choose a job just to pay the bills knowing they have no desire to be in that line of work. Its just ridiculous the experience I had here last time I let it go but this afternoon I just had to leave a review. I would not recommend anyone to come here.

In and out in five minutes, good with the needle and very courteous. It’s in the Safeway supermarket in the middle of the back.

As a medical professional, I’ve encountered many healthcare facilities, but this Quest Diagnostics location stands out as one of the worst. The entire facility, including the waiting and lab rooms, was cluttered and unhygienic. Tiffany, the employee on duty, displayed an unprofessional demeanor and was incredibly unaccommodating. She put on gloves to draw my blood but then proceeded to touch multiple surfaces without changing them, which raised serious hygiene concerns. I requested a stool to elevate my legs, as I am tall and prone to fainting during blood work, but she flatly refused and even suggested I go elsewhere. Ultimately, I chose to leave rather than risk my health. I would strongly discourage anyone from visiting this location.
That same day I went to the quest diagnostic location in White Marsh and I would rate THEM a 5/5 stars. They were the complete opposite. I would recommend the white marsh location every single time.

I love going to the Safeway Quest Diagnostic because Donna is effective, efficient and extremely helpful and pleasant. She makes sure you are receiving the quality care she would want to receive if she were the patient. I am in and out with no hiccups on her performing her duties. Exceptional employee!!

It really worked out great for me I was a walk-in patient and I was taking and served right away the technician was knowledgeable and quite helpful
And it was very convenient it was right in my neighborhood Safeway store.

The tech was professional and friendly. Everything moved like a well oiled machine, including the time it took to receive the results. The entire process was swift. I used to go to another well known lab, but Quest is now my preferred destination for my yearly labs due to the ease of the entire process.

Terrible quest location, let me sit there and go past my appointment while I'm trying to get reception to fill in the foolish appointment kiosk. Doesn't even tell me they skipped me and expected me to come back hours later. No thanks.

Awful and super unprofessional!!! I drove al the way there for the lady to tell me that she didn’t have the lab order that my doctor office faxed over. Called my doctor, they said it was completed on their end. Then I called quest national helpline and they said they saw the fax in the system so the lady I saw just didn’t feel like looking or doing her job. Just awful!!!

Trash! Went there today and the girl was very rude had a horrible disposition. I got there at 2:10 and she told me they were closed and they don’t close until 2:30pm. She said she still wasn’t taking me

My first issues here started with making an appointment. I tried to set up one online and the website crashed right as I was submitting it. So I called but couldn't connect with a person and instead got an automated scheduler. I thought I managed to schedule one but when I got there, I was told I didn't have an appointment and would have to wait. Luckily, the wait wasn't long. But when the nurse took me back, she still seemed rushed. She didnt give me a choice of which arm I wanted blood drawn from and instead jabbed my dominant arm and left me with the biggest bruise I've ever gotten from a blood draw and it was there for two weeks (check the photo section of the reviews if you want to see it). Then they told me it would take 2-3 days to get results or possibly sooner, but it took 5 days. And after all that, they failed to even send the results to my physician, delaying treatment. 0/10, would not recommend going here.

Visited afternoon of August 17th. Cannot do key tests and had to send us to Labcorp and being a foreigner our uber /lyft app wasnt working so we needed a minute figure out how to avoid being stranded. While we were stressing over our ride, the phelbo. tech came out and asked us to leave the waiting area. She "needed the space" despite noone else being there. You see two people vwry stressed and the kindest thing you can do is throw them out??
