Recently visited the Greenmount store for a duct job, was impressed with things over there. Place is Clean and well lit, well stocked, Tom was great, he helped sort out an order for me, assisted with some calculations and even helped load my truck.

This location does not seem to be stocked very well their inventory is off if you're going to call ahead to see if they have a part make sure they put their hands on it first or half of the time it will be a wasted trip I do love R E Michaels but this location is one of my least favorite Greenmont Baltimore Maryland

Amicable, and patient staff (male & female), with a manager (owner?) who makes you feel as if you are the most important client onsite, with her warm welcome.
Five star location (here and Westminster location)!
