Their service department is the best in the city. The bike mechanics are phenomenal and awesome. They are beyond helpful, providing the nicest advice like a friend, not a typical tech with an ego. They will drop what they're doing to immediately assist with problems, and they are a great resource for the community. They can fix issues, suggest parts, and even special order rare parts directly from the factory. Customers can count on and trust this team with all their bicycles, making it probably the best bike store experience. It is a wonderful store, the best bike shop in the city, with awesome folks.
