Cashier was rude and unprofessional. She ruined my shopping experience by watching me like a hawk . She ask me to put back something as if I was a child who needed adult supervision. She didn’t say thank you and they never offer assistance. I shop at rainbow often and I have to say this is one of the most sad unpleasant stores they have. Corporate need to step in and show them good customer service skills. It’s a clothing store not a detention center.

Unfortunately this store doesn't open at the posted times. They also only let one person in the store at a time. Poor business practices if you ask me.

Thank you to the Owner of the Rainbow clothes shop for responding to my review. In the case of the store in Baltimore City, it's not that there are no fitting rooms in the store, they just have not reopened them to the public since COVID, and that's a terrible inconvenience to the patrons of the stores. I love Rainbow fashion, but the inconvenience of buying and returning or exchanging due to incorrect fitting is a hassle and it's easier to just shop where I can try on my items before buying. I plead with the corporate owners of Rainbow Clothes Shop to reopen the fitting rooms to it's customers, you'll be glad you did. Thanks.-------------------------------I really hate they haven't opened up the fitting rooms in all of their stores. With all the irregular sized clothing in those, you really need to try on the clothes. I had an event to go to, I bought an outfit and it too small with no time to go exchange it, so I to settle for what I had at home. The next day I returned it for my money back, no need to exchange it the event was over. That could've be avoided if I was able to tried it on. Please open the fitting rooms .?

They have signs that state "wear a mask" and thier own staff have the mask on incorrecty not covering the mouth and nose.
