I would say another huge asset is that Darlene always knew the status of a lot of the condo buildings in the area, which is pretty critical in the days of reserve fees and large HOA payments! She was patient and took our lead, but always incredibly prompt whenever we needed her.

“Jamie is a hard woking person who will have her clients best interests at heart . unforutnatly i have not been able to sell and thats not her fault.. people need to stop being so hard on homes.. i have a 5 bed 2 bath house 2500 sq ft but the layou is odd but built in 1956. it still takes a buyer wanteing your house.. . I think the world of Jamie and would recomend her to anyone who asked .. if your house is cookie cutter and fresh rehab then you will sell quick.. i wish i could be so lucky..

“Our experience with Ali was more than phenomenal. My husband and I are first time homebuyers. We also did not grow up in the US, and therefore our understanding of real estate and home buying was very minimal to begin with. Our close friends highly recommended Ali as our first ( and now forever ) real estate agent. Our first meeting with Ali was literally a crash course in real estate. She was so patient and so knowledgeable and spent over an hour explaining the process to us in detail and making sure we understand very basic concepts such as : putting in an offer, what is an Ernest money deposit, what is an appraisal, etc… this initial meeting gave us the confidence to be able to start our home search journey. Throughout our journey, she came to every house showing with us ( even on weekends and after hours ). She was super available, answering our emails and messages during weekends and even while she was about to board a plane ! What we loved the most about her though was that she was never “pushy”. She never pressured us into putting offers and we never once felt that she was rushing us through the process, something that we were very worried about when we heard other people’s experiences with other real estate agents. We felt very comfortable through the entire process and we felt that she genuinely cared about us and about our future home. In summary, Ali is everything you would want in your real estate agent, especially if you are a first time home buyer. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable, reliable, always available, and never pushy. We would recommend her to our friends and family in a heartbeat.”
“This was my second time using Ashland to sell a “less than perfect” property. Once again, the Ashland team did a great job. I had initially listed this one with a “traditional” real estate broker, but after 2 months with the other broker, we didn’t have any serious offers. After listing with Ashland, it was under contract within 2 weeks, at the price we wanted, and with no contingencies. Adam, Sharon, and the rest of the team were readily available whenever we had a question during the process and they were quick to respond via email or phone - even on evenings or weekends!
