I went to Rite Pharmacy to pick up a variety of prescribed medication. I had a question about one of my medications (which WAS not a controlled substance) that had a dosage of twice a day. I wanted to know if taking both doses at one point in the day would be a problem and understand why. I asked to speak to the pharmacist on duty, Toyin Ogundijo, who happened to be the head pharmacy manager, and she was incredibly rude, condescending, dismissive and unhelpful. Not only did she respond to my question with, "You need to listen to what your doctor said. It says twice daily," but she also raised her voice, sucked her teeth, and rolled her eyes. She was very unprofessional and did not answer my question which I posed with politeness and general inquiry about how my medication works (a right any customer has per the option to be counseled by a pharmacist that we sign off on for every prescription retrieval). A horrible interaction. I canceled all of my prescriptions with Rite Aid and will move them over to Walgreens. I will not patron this Rite Aid or any other Rite Aid due to this customer service. They won't get another dime of my money becasue of Toyin Ogundijo.

I had doc send scrip in at 11:00am , I called at 11:30am to make sure it was received and was told it would be ready in 30 to 45 mins I came by at 1:30 pm and was told it still was not done. I come back at 2:30pm and they very ignorant said it still was not done. There was no one waiting or in line. So I let them know I was waiting and both people behind the counter know that I was waiting I was standing right in front of them and so at 3pm my mom calls and says it's ready that they just called to let her know. When I am still standing right in front of them. What kind of service is that. Terrible and this is not the first time. There won't be a next time.

Worst pharmacy and experience I've ever had. Walking in there was barely anything on shelves. I was there for a interview to be a pharmacy tech trainee. After waiting 20 minutes in line to tell them , the black African pharmacist had a bad attitude and told me she had no interviews . I got an email from rite aid that I verified the interview was December 31st at 3:15pm . She told me to wait around the corner at consultant. I waited so long . I would've been a great member to the team. I ended up leaving because someone came in and started screaming they were a "serial killer !!" . Bad store in an unsafe area. Needs to be shut down honestly ..

Wendy frkm the pharmacy and Tito from pharmacy were asked to transfer a prescription from Walgreens to their locarion due to prescription costs. Wendy told me that was not possible because Walgreens "never picks up". I was at the walgreens at this time. they had people waiting by the phones.
I waited a half hour after telling them it was urgent to have Rx filled. I called back up and was told by Tito that they were calling, but Walgreens wasnt answering. After calling him out on his lie, they stated that they were too busy to call up. I told him that I would wait on the line to finish the call. They let me stay on hold for the better part of an hour without even updating me on the status.

Do not come here these people are so inconsiderate big or time tell to pick up medicine an it’s not ready two this has happened I will not be using this pharmacy again just laziness

Clean and well stocked. It would be great if you didn't randomly close an hour (or more) earlier than your posted hours. Says open until 10p. I got there tonight at 915p. Door locked. Staff looked at me then looked away. This has happened several times.

Apparently they close 20 minutes earlier than stated on the website and on their doors. I showed up today at 9:40pm only for the doors to be locked for the night.

Terrible service they don't listen to your requests, wants me to take something that doesn't work well for me, looks like they use to much of there own product, no wonder rite aid is in bankruptly

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. The worst service I’ve ever had with a Pharmacy and store. To start, the pharmacy does not pick up the phone at any time of day - you are forced to do everything one step at a time in person. If you drop off a prescription to be filled, they won’t let you know that they are out of the medication, so when you go to pick it up they just say “oh well” and won’t do anything resolve the issue. They never have any medication, even the basic ones. The front register employees are rude and apathetic. The store is mess and is always out of stock. The store consistently closes well before closing time. I could go on. It’s a completely useless business.
