This location is always very bright and clean. There's always someone available if you need assistance. And I can always find what I need plus a surprise purchase here and there. This place gets 5 stars in my book. I'm always likely to tell my friends about what great service I get at the front and the pharmacy!

The store always looks so nice every time I visit. I went to the store in search of something for my hair to help with frizz and heat protection and didn’t know where to start and Dawn was so helpful and showed me exactly what I needed and I love it… She was very kind and super friendly & helpful!!!

I love my local Rite Aid Pharmacy. I'm in 2-3 times a week and the regular staff knows my name. They have my prescriptions waiting by the time I reach the counter. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Good luck getting anyone to answer your call. Absolutely horrendous customer service.Update: Now Rite Aid wants me to waste more of my life calling their general customer service number to “discuss further.” Here’s my tip, have employees answer the phone. What a joke.

Good service and very friendly..But should NOT have to pay for BAGS and associate asked me if wanted a bag to put items in and replied YES. The leave store and find out I was charged for the BAG five cents, principal should have been told and NO one should have to pay for a bag unless its a DISCOUNT store and we know this store or any pharmacy but online ones are. Overall was happy with service.

Arrived 5 minutes early for my booster appointment. Stood at window for 13 minutes before woman acknowledged me. Currently sitting around waiting to get shots. It’s been 16 minutes since my appointment time. 4 more minutes and we’re leaving. If you can’t keep appointments why even have them.

I'm coming here for my pharmacy needs from now on.I spent literally hours today trying and failing to fill a prescription at the CVS in Towson for a common antibiotic for my daughter's double ear infection, which they were out of. They were beyond worthless and after leaving I needed some info from them that I never got, because I spent an HOUR on hold with them and never got a real person. I will never return.In contrast, I called this Rite Aid to ask if they had it in stock, and a person answered immediately. They needed to know the strength and quantity, which seems obvious now, but I didn't have that info because everything was sent electronically directly to the CVS. Unable to get through there, I then had to call the on-call pediatrician to get the script info and to have the script sent over. I called this Rite Aid back a couple minutes after it was sent and another person immediately answered. They had the script already and confirmed they had it in stock and told me I could come get it right away. I arrived 20 minutes or so later and it was already ready.I appreciate the availability and efficiency, of course, but more than that, I can't describe what a balm it was for my fraying sanity to be able to talk to people on the phone right away, and to have those people be kind and helpful.

This place is a zoo. One pharmacist sourrounded by 4 helpers who always seem to be lost. The pharmacist tries to serve everyone at the same time and in do so confusion ensues. Non of the assistant on any given day knows anything. Other thing you have to always sign a disclose statement while paying!For our booster/flu shot the pharmacist had needles and vile everywhere! Not too sure what we had in the end. Scary.

Usually good, but recently impossible to contact pharmacy by phone to check prescription refill status. Automated phone system, which has too many upfront repetitive info blurbs, says its putting me through to them, it rings a few times, then hangs up. Annoying. Not sure how else to contact them.
