Awful pharmacy. When there is a pharmacist there (rarely) they are rude and have no customer service skills. I highly suspect illegal practices going on!

This store is just so poorly managed. The amount of clutter lining the aisles is crazy. The cashiers act like you are interrupting them from doing nothin when you want to checkout. Just about everything is out of stock. How does this store manage yo stay open?! We need a better store than this!

Almost always someone at the counter or near the entrance to say hello or welcome.
And this is a shout out to the photo service. I made my DIY Save the Dates using their photo printing service. I messed up on a date( kind of important) and had to redo about 40 photos. My order was only partially finished as they ran out of film… probably because I made like 300 copies this past week.
They fixed the photos no cost and because they couldn’t finish the order, they gave me the photos that were completed so I could send my cards out.
Thank you again. You are the best.

May I compliment whomever made changes to Walgreen over these past few years? The Pharmacy is now excellent once again and as a person with pretty intense medical issues, Pharmacists, helpers, and techs I appreciate you and can say the general community does too.

It is always something with this pharmacy, to the majority of rude, disrespectful people that work there, to never answering the phone and getting hung up on multiple times. Was just on hold for 45 minutes to be hung up on. UNPROFESSIONAL AND RIDICULOUS.

Appointment for vaccination at 4:30 PM. Arrived before 4:20 PM and checked in online.
At 4:50 PM, talked with associate at the counter about my 4:30 PM appointment.
At 5:00 PM, reminded person at the counter that I was still waiting for my 4:30 PM appointment.
At 5:12 PM, finally called in and spent 30 seconds getting vaccinated. When asked what was the problem with my 4:30 PM appointment, all I was told was that they were very busy.
So why bother making an appointment when it’s not going to matter anyway???

Hoe Nation update: February 15,2025
The pharmacy and the store was closed before 4:25 p.m. with no notice outside the door.
Three other individuals came by along my time spent there today. One was obviously an elderly man who didn't like the fact that the pharmacy was close smh
I get that if there's no pharmacist you'd have to close the pharmacy but I would expect them to give proper notification to the drivers who didn't know as well as at the front door of the store because everything was closed lights were on but no notice they're unprofessional then again their stars did go down to 2.2
