My move was a nightmare. I paid nearly $6,000 to have 60 boxes and 7 pieces of high end furniture moved from Michigan to Missouri. The solid maple furniture was delivered gashed and the 6 ft. bookcase is still missing. My boxes were smashed and the packing tape had been removed from several of the boxes. I've sent it claims paperwork 2 months ago but no one seems to care. WORST moving company EVER!

I had a recent local move that started in Ellicott City with a final destination to the Elkridge side of Ellicott City only a 5 minute distance. The hidden fees are true. My move began 1:07 later due to their lateness. I agreed on $438 for 3 men/3 hours in my contract. Job had only 2 men show & thus it took 5 hours instead of 3 hours/3 men. I ended up getting charged double. At the destination, they refused to move out my furniture out of their truck without my final payment. The job Foramen constantly pushed that I give him a hefty tip. At my destination, my two bedrooms of furniture were all put into one larger bedroom with the bed frame the wrong direction. This hasn't been corrected after multiple calls. Guy on my contract -I called to complain- hung up on me every call even though prior to my contact he assured me to call him for any reason or problem.

Don’t use this company! Go with someone else. The movers were unprofessional and broke many of my items. They threw thing around and dropped things on the floor. I submitted the claim form to their so called “claims department” and every time I called no one answered, or I would be transferred to a voicemail. I reported them to the BBB. Save yours the frustration and go with someone else...

It is hard to find a company which will move one room of furniture from one state to another without charging an arm and a leg, so I chose Rolls Van Lines because they were able to do it. I was able to have the furniture picked up on a Sunday so I didn't have to take a day off from work. The movers arrived on time, were professional, and everything was wrapped in moving blankets and secured. They even disassembled the bed. However, the actual delivery date to my daughter's apartment in the Bronx was later than the promised delivery date. The two boxes of dishes which were put in the truck along with the bedroom furniture never showed up. I filed a claim for lost goods, and after a year, I finally heard from them. During that time, I emailed them and faxed copies of my claim in case my claim had been lost. I don't understand how you can lose two boxes of dishes marked fragile, and I had packed them with plenty of newspaper so they would be secure and not break. They were my Mom's dishes and they have more sentimental value than dollar value, but after over a year, the dishes should have been located. If someone received them by mistake, the person should have called Rolls to have them picked up. Do not use this company if you are moving anything from one state to another.

Thank you so much for helping me with my move! That was my first time using professional movers and I didn't have any idea it would be so hard to book a moving company on short notice. All the places I called were booked in advance. I thought the last option was to do the whole transfer myself, but fortunately, a friend persuaded me to contact Rolls Van Lines, which I did. They surprised me with providing an excellent service! Highly Recommend!

My husband and I were happy with their services. The agent sent to us was a very cool-headed person. He made sure everything was in order when they delivered our things. Definitely, we would hire them again.

Two of the men made me have great likeness on Rolls Van Lines. These men left and sent down my huge sofa from the staircase at the 3rd-floor so easily. All along I had been wondering what would happen to this stuff whenever I want to move. But these men made the answer easier. Awesome experience!

This is the third time I have hired Rolls van lines. The crew was up and doing. They packed everything I have quick and nicely. They made sure all my things were secured. Recommended!

It took my time to move from my old location to the new one because each time I remember what happened to my properties, I become frightened to relocate. on my last move, I lose many valuable things, such as my large TV and Home Theater got damaged as of the bad handling. Not to express too much, Rolls and team had reinstalled my hopes. They made things very simple and quick. The price they gave us too was very good for us. I really appreciate you guys!

Worst movers ever used. Give low prices first and then increase later on. Broke my furniture. Realized few days later that 3-4 scotch bottles missing too.
These guys take advantage of the fact that its busy time for a family during the move.

Do not use price quoted will not be the same and I don't know if I will see my things again. Find a reputable company and don't go through someone that is a broker that wants you to e sign a check. Do not go with any company use a credit card. So in the end you can dispute at the end.

This was the most horrible service I could have ever paid for! They complained about my bedroom furniture being TOO HEAVY! Plus received HELP from the customer!! They only had to move one bedroom set, and then charged an extra $100!! Very RUDE, POOR SERVICE.. Will NEVER recommend or use again!

I received offers from three companies, but I've chosen Rolls because they work in this business not the first year. I got a smooth move despite other experiences, all my goods came to my new house in safety. They delivered my goods in 5 days from Albany NY to Clinton NC

Very impressed with the way they packed all of my furniture from the start .
We had a small miss communication , after calling the office I've got the best costumer service from Alison .
