I usually shop at roses when I got home to visit my family in Newport News, Virginia. I find it to be a very very well stocked place. I go to the roses that’s on route 17 and it is amazing. You can find just about everything there and the prices are extremely reasonable.

I believe every business should have access to a public restroom. There is a huge sign that states “restrooms” , however , they’re is printable 8x10 sign stating that there is no public restroom . Shame on whoever made this decision.

Way too many isles that were not accessible. There were boxes and pallets everywhere. Lots of items that they use to carry were not there. The check out line was rediculiously long and slow. ( Only one open)

All the negative reviews have to do with their restroom policy or people reacting negatively to their screaming kids…
As long as you don’t have to pee and your kids behave themselves it’s a great store. Better alternative to Marshalls and other chain department stores. Support local businesses.

Very, very, disappointed with this location, they have closed down their public restroom, I have a medical condition, and can only shop stores that offers this service to customers, shame, shame on you, besides its against the law not to have accommodations in a store for the public use.

I had the worse experience in this store they profiled me and a friend had me open my bag and nothing was stolen the manager is not professional they didn't give me a apology after seeing I didn't steal anything

The store was good and okay, but the cashier called Tiffany was so rudely, disrespectful to customer. She doesn’t have customer oriented.
She needs more training and how to respect customers.

Huge sign plastered in the store that says 'RESTROOMS' just to be informed they are not for paying customers. Had to cut my shopping short and leave the store in a hurry with no purchases made, to find an available restroom for my toddler and grandmother with stage 3 kidney failure.

I attempted to buy a microwave oven whereas the price clearly said $69.99 but at the checkout it scanned for $79.99 I bought it to the cashier's attention and he tried to help unsuccessfully so I asked to speak with a manager who was an assistant manager but she stated that the "manager" told her that it had to be sold at the price that it scanned for even though there were at least 4 other ones on the shelf just like mines with a sticker of $69.99! Needless to say after going back and forth with them, they didn't allow me to purchase it for $69.99 because they insisted that the stockers put the wrong price on them! I expressed to them that I was a consumer and that I had nothing to do with that!!! Of course, I didn't purchase it but I am not happy with how I/it was handled!

The prices are lovely, decent wear and true to size.. shoes are for kids only if (not true to size) .. some god are damaged, convenient...it's a decent shopping... NO RESTROOM NO WHERE
