It’s a roses. You come here for a reasonably price, clothing, and home items. They have a large variety of moo moos and Christian theme clothing attire. there is a Auto section with items for your car. A toy section. There is an area where you can find items for your bathroom, living room and dining room. A wide variety of snacks and goods. There is also a small electronic section. Roses also have great prices on spring water bottled.

This was my first time in a Rose store and it was better than I expected. I went in for a $9 ugly Christmas tshirt and ended up spending $50. I found more than what I was looking for. I just wished the staff walking around was more helpful and friendly.

This is the worst Roses on the planet. Yes, very ghetto, unprofessional, loud, distracted by cell phone use, and the "so called" manager at the front desk showing off her personal purchases while customers are in the line. Today was just over the top in the biggest negative way on 6/20/24. The wait in line was unbelievable because the manager and cash register employee kept talking to each other about how cute their outfits would look on their children, instead of attending to the customers. This type of foolishness is unacceptable and management is to blame. Lack of accountability and poor consistency in customer service skills. Not all the employees here represent this nonsense but the few that demonstrated this behavior today, need to be dismissed and allow true professionals to handle that front customer service area. I will not step in this location again, I'm completely turned off from the nonsense here. I will do my shopping in the Roses that knows how to treat customers with respect.

Let me first say I'm a huge fan of roses so much before this location was built in my area I would drive 35 mins to the one over south West Baltimore I had my little 2 yr old with me and purchased 2 big carpets and a kiddy old school circle pool and a artificial tree mind you nothing had price tags on it when I asked for help from several employees to help me carry the big items to front so I could continue shopping because they were overbearing my cart turning in the store the employees were extremely rude body language was as if I was bothering them down to manager the work mannerisms is at a all time 0 I was disgusted only one women with dreads was so kind to help me and to my car I tip her 10$ to her cash app for her kindness definitely disappointed especially with this location being close to home this was enough for me not to return the lady that helped me stated they probably were acting that way because they were about to go home but that's no excuse to be rude or dismissive towards a customer work etiquette is something that needs to be taught real quick at this location because it is lacking customer service skills

There is a large amount of merchandise in this store. You have to take time and look...you might find something unexpected! Lots of general household goods, chemicals and home décor items. There's quite a lot of kitchen staples type stuff so you can beef up your pantry, but don't go in there hungry...you know what can happen!!!I did not investigate this side of the store, but there's lots of everyday attire, work clothes, around-the-house lounge wear...something for most everyone in the family.More attention needs to be given to customer service...check-out lines can be long and the level of professionalism was not very high!My cashier, however, was very pleasant and attentive during my check-out experience.Overall, prices are reasonable.

Customer service is horrible and it is so unfortunate when you expect better.I truly believe Rose's and Foreman Mills on Belair Rd recruits the worst of the batch of applications they get and they are in competition to be the worst in giving customer's good customer service.Roses have so many elderly and disabled people shopping in their store and they do not make sure that their customers can get items purchase and their store to their car safely and successfully that's crazy.Only in black community?
