Customer service is horrible and it is so unfortunate when you expect better.I truly believe Rose's and Foreman Mills on Belair Rd recruits the worst of the batch of applications they get and they are in competition to be the worst in giving customer's good customer service.Roses have so many elderly and disabled people shopping in their store and they do not make sure that their customers can get items purchase and their store to their car safely and successfully that's crazy.Only in black community?

I purchased 4 space heaters at Roses (Sinclair ln, Baltimore Md) last week. I asked the cashier prior of purchasing the items what was the return policy and she told she told me that me that it was (30 day return and bring the items back in o”iginal packaging and receipt”. I tried to return the items 2 days later in the original packaging and reciept, the manager told me the items couldn’t be returned and the cashier told me the wrong information, the cashier that told me the information said “that’s what I thought the return policy was”. The manager was very rude and my items should have been returned because I had my receipt and original packaging. Is there someone who can please get in contact with me about refunding these items? Update someone from customer service reached out to me and told me the store manager would reach out to me but that was 2 weeks ago and store manager hasn’t reached out to me.

This location does not honor the sale signs they have attached to the top of their clothing displays. They practice false advertising and the cashier's are very rude when questioned. This establishment will be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Checkout young lady should've been more AWARE able to differentiate HONESTYManager with scarf needs a drug test and a course in customer service scheduled at end of shift...P s.a.1)Remember this stores rep when choosing .2)open boxed electronics at registerI made mistake and waited to charge in car ...treated nasty by being told then obligated to make new purchase of $12 headphones (orginal/empty box was last $6 )Took loss .....if I frequented store or lived closer I would find correct phone numbers to utilize. Good luck

I went to this location for the first time Sunday Aug 14th the start of the no tax week. Well they charged me tax spoke to customer service they were no help spoke to manager and all claimed they knew nothing about it. The manager claimed he was going to check it out and never came back so dont go to this one on Sinclair if you expect to not pay taxes and never got money back he is a sorry excuse for a leader

Roses discount store is like Zayres, Ross,Kmart,Ollies, Forman Mills all in one. Omg I was in heaven. No need for a basket, I thought. I'm was just looking for a hardcase luggage set for my first trip ever. After 20 mins in the store, I'm looking around for a cart around the store because my arms are loaded with so much stuff. After stumbling across the grocery section in the store I was sold, i needed a couple of items and didn't really want to make another stop after leaving here, walk around a big ole store, picking up stuff I really didn't need, so this was convenient. I will definitely be coming back.

Got kicked out of Roses with no explanation and asked multiple times what was the issue. The store truly is not worth it. Don't waste your time here!!

I used to shop at Roses when I rented my first apartment back in 2004. It always reminded me of a lower cheaper version of Walmart. Name-brand and affordable items, practically anything you need from your home you can find at Roses. Glad to see after of these years not much has changed. During this visit, the shelves were very bare, but I got what I needed. I assumed that this is due to the supply chain issues that are reported daily in the news. There was only one lane open when I first went to checkout, but after waiting about five minutes, another cashier opened. All and all, my trip to Roses was a success.

I love Roses Discount Store. I thought I would miss K-Mart, but Roses is so much better. They carry everything for inside and outdoors for your home. The prices are excellent and the quality is good.

Everything is nice but the staff only has two lines open and it be about thirty people in each lineI didn’t like that the cashier movement was so slow .I felt like I was watching a slow movie waiting for someone to push the fast forward button.Another thing that makes it very hard there , is that the carts can’t come outside to the car and if you are handicapped u can’t carry all your bags to the car with out being tired and out of breathe or from having back painsSo I try not to go there just go to Walmart Bec this store don’t have the motor handicap scooterSo sad they don’t care about the handicap shoppers !
