Closest to the main hotels if you’re visiting, it’s walking distance. There’s a lot of riff raft in front of that store though, but they usually have everything. I mainly use this location to complete money transfer transactions; for PayPal and cash app you can upload cash to your account, which is useful because I don’t like keeping cash on me when I’m out there.

My company used the ligh street location to cater our group on Thursday. We will not use them again. Thee absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced; and the tomatoes and lettuce put on the wraps we ordered were old and wilted. My food order was also late although it was ordered the day befor online. When I tried to contact the store when our order didn't arrive, they refused to answer the phone. Initially the phone just rang with a message about being sorry no one was available. Then they started putting me through to some womans voice mail. I called back to back and no one would pick up their line. I didn't want to give then a star but I couldn't leave a review without giving a star. The managment of this location is horrendous

I have been a customer at the Royal Farm Store at the corner of Lombard and Light St. for seven years now since I became Public Information Officer for the Baltimore Office of Equity and Civil Rights, and I visit the store daily. The current team, and manager is the best I have been served by, and the facility it cleaner and more inviting than ever. From the floors, doors, bathrooms, counter tops, and decorum of staff, the current team, especially following the re- design is an asset to your company and your brand.John Milton Wesley

They say restrooms are out of order. How do they use the restroom all day. I do doordash and I'm pregnant and it's late at night and they would not let me use the restroom. If it's public I should be able to use it ?

Very poor service!! I came there at 3:50amYoung dude in the back when I went to the kiosk stated that he was going on break for 30 minAsked to use the restroom, then stated that it’s out of order!I then stated well where do you use the restrooms, he stated he doesn’t use public restrooms! So done with this Baltimore mentality!! Learn who you hire!! Customer service is a plus!! So disappointing!! Never again!!

I get very good and friendly service everyday M -F . Employees are management is helpful and patient with me . Mrs. Teresa and staff do their best with customers and the occasional Downtown knucklehead. Because the knuckleheads are an unfortunate part of Downtown I have to give 4 stars. Otherwise I would give 5 stars based on the service. They treat me like a neighborhood friend ., with respect .

Well the hours are wrong. This location is NOT open 24hours. I just went for a soda and it's closed. Lights on but no entry. Damn. Then after posting they unlocked the door.. smh

How can businesses like Royal Farm ensure that their investments in physical upgrades are complemented by improvements in customer service and product quality?While this convenience store in Baltimore has recently undergone a remodel, it unfortunately still falls short of expectations. Despite having three staff members at the register, customer service seems to be lacking due to the emphasis on self-checkout. During my visit, I purchased a chicken breast and was disappointed to receive a burned piece out of all available options. It feels like Royal Farm's investment in remodeling hasn't significantly improved the customer experience. I've decided not to patronize this store in the future due to these issues.

It's okay at best. Most of the chicken were cold and had zero flavor. Only redeemable quality was the sliders must get item. Don't get this is your not in a panic.

Extremely slow. Not enough staff. Nothing was ready. Not sure why they decided to start actually cooking the food until people started ordering.

Place is always dirty, and they are constantly out of items. There are always large groups of kids hanging out in the lobby. Terribly ran establishment
