This is my closest/neighborhood RoFo location. The store is kept clean and the employees are all very friendly. The African-American lady with shorter hair and glasses who usually works mornings is a real gem. Always nice to start my day having a little chat with her :)

I ordered (2) 3 piece white meat meals. It's usually a breast and 2 wings. They sent me 3 wings and we all know the wings are bottom of the bag small, anyway. I purchased the meals for my husband and I. It was no point of me even eating, I gave these kids meal to my husband. It was a waste of time and money and a huge inconvenience. $23 for 6 wings. Make that make sense. And of course Uber Eats wasn't any help with seeking compensation for the inconvenience.

I went into royal farms today at approx 6:15 I purchased family feast chicken, a also purchased a 2 liter Pepsi and oak of mavericks it was shift change I get it I paid for chicken with my card at the self checkout don’t know the lady was in there guess she was coming in making faces because I guess the guy was taking to long she then announced if we were paying with cash it would be 10 to 15 mins I decided to wait she then told me to move to self checkout and asked for my ID I gave to her she looks at it and asked me if it was legit I asked her why wouldn’t it be she looking at it and inspecting it then says I can’t see I don’t have on my glasses now I’m annoyed so then she says well then you will wait till I go get my glasses she came back rang up at self checkout when I handed her the cash she literally yelled at me saying she told me I had to wait and that’s what I was going she told me to go to self checkout out knowing I was waiting to pay cash she yelling and cussing atp so was I I will never go back in that store again she kept walking up on me yelling and cussing I’m 65 years old and never gave her no reason to think my ID wasn’t legit she was suppose to scan the back she Turning it over and over and even took it with her when she went to get her glasses definitely unacceptable!!!!!!

I go to this store almost daily, typically for a thing or two. A couple months back they replaced their self-checkout POS payment devices (Verifone). These devices are AWFUL!!! You have to hold your card with the chip facing down and at the exact right position for several seconds for your card to read. I've never encountered such a bad payment device. Please replace these!

Terrible store never fully stocked supposed to be 24 hours but they got the doors locked this morning at 4:00 a.m. so I can't even get what I got to drive to a completely different Royal Farms.

I asked for Marlboro Red and it wasn't on the shelf, then I asked him to check the inventory in the drawer and he started ranting. He said he's certain they don't have any, and i should believe him. He proceeded to check the drawer and what do you know, a drawer full of Marlboro Red cartons. No apology was given of course.
Please train your staff, even a little bit of basic training. This is a very common problem with Royal Farms everywhere not just this one. The staff seems to be bothered every time they have to deal with a customer, with some exceptions.
Just go see how WaWa is running their stores, it's amazing.

They need to fire who is making the western fries! They're supposed to be seasoned along with the chicken. As you can see here, they are being lazy. Will not purchase until they start doing their job.
Do not get your western fries from this location.

The Muslim woman that works at this location has a nasty attitude and is extremely rude I will not be going back. WHY GET A JOB IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF U DNT LIKE PPL..finding out from the locals she’s like this all the time .SAD

Every time I come in here the Muslim lady (I assume she Muslim because of the wrap on her head) has an attitude she never greets any of the customers food be old and disgusting…I dread going there when I know she will get be there… they need to get there old crew and mangers back food always fresh nobody had attitudes and the staff was very helpful… the Muslim lady that wears the green needs to be Tfired she is chasing all of there customers away with her nasty attitude and the worst part is I think she is a manager I feel sorry for her staff if she treat her customers this way I can only imagine what they may be going thru

Any time you go here just hope miss attitude is not working. She never wears a name tag because everybody would report her if she did.
