Royal Farms, a popular convenience store chain, has received mixed reviews from customers. While some praise the friendly staff and the availability of essential items like water, snacks, and ice cream, others have experienced issues with the quality of the food and the store's policies. One customer appreciated the extra wing they received when their potatoes wedges were small, but noted that the food was cold. Another customer was disappointed that they could not scan their receipt or enter their number at the register to earn points. During a power outage, a customer was dissatisfied with the store's response, as the clerk refused to let them shop or charge their devices. Additionally, the customer felt that the store could have been more supportive during this challenging situation. However, there were also positive experiences reported. An employee named Rudolfo was praised for his dedication, going the extra mile to retrieve a trash can lid during a rainstorm. Another customer who works at the store noted that the manager is friendly and hardworking, never getting angry with employees. Overall, Royal Farms seems to be a convenient option for the local community, with a clean and well-organized store. The staff is generally described as friendly, and the store's ATM service is appreciated. While the food quality and certain policies have received some criticism, the store's commitment to its employees and the community is highlighted in the reviews.
You might see a few shady folk outside during the late hours but the staff and the look of the store is great

I wish they didn't count potatoes wedges, but this cook today did give me an extra wing since they were all super small. That was nice. Food was good but cold though. I couldn't scan my receipts after purchase (with the app) to add points not could I enter my number at the register.
