Oh, screw these guys to the moon. I'm in Baltimore (we'll, stuck would be a better word). Their hours said they were open (8:45 am), so I drove from downtown to this place. The folks inside would not open up and told me they would not open until 10 am. I don't care how good their actual service is, this is crazy-bad. Also, their phone doesn't work. LOL. What a clown show. All I got for trying to give these folks some business was a tour of this pit of a city.

We've been using S&R for our family laundry for about 2 years, and they're the best. The quality, professionalism, and responsiveness is amazing. The value, dollar for dollar, is top notch. Everything is perfectly cleaned and folded, better than I would do it, and it saves us so much time. It means more quality time with my family, and I never have to worry for a second about laundry.

Our laundry machines broke and brought our mountain of laundry to S&R. The staff inside were SO KIND, professional and calm. They even let me borrow a cart to my car. Our laundry was completed in the promised estimated time and folded wonderfully. I will be back.

S& R laundry does a nice job. They show up when they say and deliver as promised. They are very accurate with their weighting of the laundry. We’ve been with them since March and are happy with their service. They send out a monthly bill, which can be paid with credit card or check. Very easy to contact them, either by email or phone. They respond within 24 hours.I would recommend them for laundry service.
