Rude. Incompetent. Disrespectful for absolutely no reason. Everyone else in line waiting for pick up was respectful. There is no reason for the attitude.

I was actually amazed at the level of effort they will put into inconveniencing you. The staff there absolutely could care less. Trust me - choose any other pharmacy in the area - I will be.

I transferred to the Safeway on Boston street and I am so glad I did it! Everyone that works in the pharmacy is SOO NICE!! the pharmacist is always extremely nice when ever I needed help with something they go out of their way to make sure you have what you need and all your questions are answered, even the techs back there ALWAYS with a smile and it’s nice to interact with associates that DONT treat you like your just another hohum customer, and to be perfectly honest I think everyone that works there have amazing attitudes and treat you so kindly! I really can’t imagine having to transfer pharmacies again because this Safeway is by far the best!

No substance, instead perpetual "call back tomorrows". Feels less like a pharmacy and more of a PBM scam. Sad!

When working in the pharmacy area of this store it is CRUCIAL to know what is in stock and what is NOT IN STOCK…There should be no reason why when a prescribing doctors calls to verify stock they are being told “ Oh we have it in stock it’ll be ready in a hour “ then the patient gets there only to be told “ oh the medication been on back order for months “ like who answers the phone ? You guys don’t check inventory ? Why do you never have medication ? THIS IS SAD THAT A PHARMACY THAT IS SUPPOSED TO HELP GET PEOPLE THEIR MEDICATION DOESN’T EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY HAVE LET ALONE KEEP WASTING PEOPLE TIME…. TIME IS MONEY RIGHT ?

Male Pharmacist and apparent pharmacy manager Ram Nanduri is one of the rudest, most manipulative pharmacists I have ever dealt with. He refused to fill a legitimate prescription unless my doctor called because I told him the last time I had it filled was around the end of March (actual date April 8th) and accused me of lying. I had my doctor call same day and he told my doctor he would not fill the medication because he had limited supply and would only fill it for patients who are established customers with them. I have had three prescriptions filled with them monthly since November of 22, so clearly he again is manipulating the story. My doctor called me back to relay the information. I called Mr. Big Ego Ram back and asked him why he lied to my doctor and which point he again accused me of lying. When I asked for his name and information to report him to the Maryland Board of Pharmacy for knowingly causing harm to a patient and he is practicing medicine without a license (I have graduated medical school and am a financial analyst covering health care, I know a thing or two) his tone changed. He said he never called me a liar but said I provided misinformation. I asked him for one word that has the same meaning as providing misinformation (aka liar) at which point he said, "I don't have time to play word games, I have to eat my lunch" and hung up. I am reporting him to the Maryland Board of Pharmacy, again his name is Ram Nanduri and I would hope anyone with a similar experience takes the time to do the same. It is a simple online form and the only information you need from his is his name which again is Ram Nanduri. Do not let pharmacists control your life or practice medicine without a license. They are order takers and as such not providing needed medication even though it is in stock is illegal and the Maryland Board of Pharmacy needs to know that this pharmacist is abusing his power and harming the individuals in our communities health.

The pharmacy needs a queue for the counter, people back up into the aisles and wait times can be long at times.

I see that most of the one star reviews are multiple years old. This pharmacy has never been a problem for us but I will admit that I didn't use that much until more recently. Certainly we had no issues getting our vaccines here over the last year or two, and the prescriptions we've been getting filled this year have been very smooth. They are honest about wait times and very reasonable for customer service.Everyone seems friendly and professional, so maybe there has been some staff turnover since the negative reviews Commenting on staff attitudes from years ago.

This store has been spiraling downward for years. Today's visit is the last straw for us. After "Miss K" the cashier decided that she wasn't in the mood to bag the groceries...Told us that she wasn't required to do so as per the management. That's it for us. Good Luck with that attitude. There are many more options.

Better than Walgreens, but this month they’re unable to fill my medication. Wasn’t given any other information other than they don’t have it, it’s out of stock. Frustrating.
