Maya was an absolute gem! She silk pressed my hair a couple of weeks ago and it lasted almost 2 weeks. Mind you I didn’t work out those weeks and made sure I wrapped my hair nightly. All to say I took care of her great work. She was so kind. Very welcoming personality. I would book to see her again.

There are no words to express how exceptional the service was at this salon. I brought my nieces in to have their hair done as they both will be starting new schools this year and were a little nervous. My younger one is VERY tender headed and always struggles when it is time to do her hair. They each have wildly different hair textures so finding one place that can be skilled in both can be a challenge. The level of professionalism and care that they gave both of my little ladies was incredible. They both left feeling beautiful and excited not only to show our whole family, but also to be ready for school. The first question when they got in the car was when can they come back again. The answer is soon.

I’ve been looking for a place to do my hair that is for BLACK WOMEN, I usually go to the Dominicans but it was wearing my hair down, and my first time coming was AMAZING. Maya did her thing on my hair, and I’ll forever appreciate her and specifically want her to continue to do my hair. She knew what to do immediately when she first met me.

I previously looked at all the reviews and was not disappointed. I walked in and was seen last minute. Virginia did a great job of coloring and cutting my natural short hair into a bob. I will be returning.

I found this Salon on google and I was a bit on edge at first considering what I was going for. However, Ashley made me feel very comfortable and She was very professional. I love the atmosphere and vibe of the salon. Also, My services were done in a timely fashion. I will be returning😊.

Walking into a salon I've never been to always brings anxiety. My hair was a complete mess. 8 weeks in between relaxers. And it was a MESS. The salon is beautiful and clean. Both stylists were super sweet and they had great music playing.. I walked in looking like a ragga muffin and left with a beautiful relaxed and my hair is shiny and Lucious.

Ashley did such a great job layering my wavy/curly hair and she's such a sweet, down-to-earth person! I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to being in salon environments, but I felt comfortable here.

I noticed that Salon D Renee had a yelp coupon for $50 off of $150 services as well as a good rating. Unfortunately, I could not get the Yelp coupon due to a Yelp technical error. The women working where very nice the moment I walked into the salon. They greeted me with a smile, offered me water or a glass of wine and told me they would be with me shortly. I had already decided to get there. TLC conditioning treatment for severely damaged hair. After speaking with Virginia, she advised my hair was not as bad office. I thought it was and suggested an alternative treatment as well as agreed to dye my regrowth even though I hadn't made an appointment for that service. I was skeptical at first, because I really wanted that TLC treatment, but my results made me so happy that I listen to Virginia. (And her recommended services cost less than the ones I selected!) She definitely knows what she's talking about and she delivers on her treatments, her haircut and her style. This is my first hair salon visit in Baltimore and I struck gold. Thank you Virginia.

I love that I can get in and out quickly with a beautiful hairstyle at a reasonable price! I always feel like enough time is taken to ensure I'm satisfied with the service, so I'm really glad I found this salon.
