“My 5 year old has been at the E. 43rd location since this past school year attending aftercare, and now he is in the summer camp. I must say, he LOVES it here. He gets up excited everyday to go. Ms. Yvette is great with the kids coming through the door every morning ALL staff greets us with smiles. I love that they are very festive and active with the children. Any questions or concerns I had were always answered. The days when school closed early they still provided transportation for my son to after care while I still had to work. I would definitely recommend this center ☺️”

“I'm so happy I came across GGLC while looking up preschools for my daughter. She had always been home with me; no daycare, no sitter. I'm a 1st time mom and very, very protective. It was a big step for me to take, deciding to put my baby in school. I was very nervous. When we took a tour of the school with Ms. Kim, I was very impressed. The classrooms were so nice & clean, the kids looked happy, and Ms. Kim was very open & honest when answering all of my questions. And very nice. My daughter seemed to enjoy the tour as well. Ms. Kim kept in touch, getting back to me quickly with anymore questions I had. My daughter is enrolled now & she's always telling me how much she loves her school, her teachers, and her friends.”

“Teachers and staff at the Goddard School are outstanding. From the 1st day we came to tour the facilities. They took time to explain everything in detail and made a great first impression. They had so much patience with us as first time parents utilizing childcare. We were very nervous, unsure of how our son would adjust to being in school and how our family would be treated by teachers and staff. However, very early, staff reassured us that we could call anytime to check in on him and they were always friendly and polite when we did.I am so pleased with how Ms. Maria and Ms Sierra cared for and taught our son. They were never bothered by my calls “just to check in”. They worked with us when we realized that nap time was an issue for our son and they were so accommodating. They took command of a classroom of over 20 kids with love and encouragement. The teachers communicated with us, letting us know how our son was progressing with learning and interacting with the other kids. When we were looking for schools, we wanted somewhere that our son would learn. Ms Maria and Ms Sierra took so much time teaching and providing feedback. He learned more than we thought was possible in a small amount of time and spoke of his teachers fondly. We are truly grateful.”

“New Song is such a wonderful school with great teachers and staff. My kids transfered here from Monarch Academy when it closed a few years ago; and my kids immediately loved the teachers and the atmosphere. Principal Fireside is awesome and genuinely cares about his students and staff. I love it!”

“We had a short experience here due to moving but I would highly recommend Life Prep. This was our 2 year old daughter's first day care/early learning experience so it was a transition both for us and her! We were so happy with the kindness of the staff and their willingness to accommodate her need for support to sleep (contact napper :)) Life Prep is a caring, CLEAN and supportive environment. Thanks to Ms. Cenita, Ms. Cornish, Ms. Brooks, Ms. B and Ms. Maya for a great experience.”

“I cannot say how much we LOVED this La Petite!! Everyone there is sooo amazing. Staff is very friendly and professional. This was my daughter’s first daycare. She went there from 3 months old to almost 16 months old. The ONLY reason we are leaving is because we are moving to Frederick. We are so sad to be leaving. My daughter absolutely loved her teachers, and had so much fun everyday she was there. Belinda is amazing to work with and is very accommodating with every request we made. She also helped make our first day the easiest she could (especially since it was during Covid). Ms. Byrd and Ms. Ciara were amazing at taking care of our daughter and making sure we got TONS of videos and pictures throughout the day. They were so loving and kind, I never had to worry about her while she was with them. She recently switched to a new class, and Mrs. V and Ms. Sarah didn’t disappoint either! They are very communicative and did a wonderful job helping our daughter master very important milestones. They are great at what they do! All the teachers are great, and every interaction I have is always very pleasant. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done, and the amazing job they did taking care of our daughter while my husband and I were at work. Side note: they also have spirit week, splash days, and other really fun activities to participate in. :) Just an overall fantastic daycare and I would recommend everyone bring their children there.”

“I LOVE Holabird ELC! My youngest attended from March 2021 - September 2022. The facility is clean, the toys and books are up to date, the activities are FABULOUS, engaging and fun, and I was envious of the meals :D My little went to "big boy school", but Holabird ELC will always hold a special place in my heart!”

“We have had a very positive experience with First Foundations. Ms. Shanice and Ms. Miracle are very patient, caring and always take time to listen to my concerns. The directors Ms. TyMica and Ms. Nicole do an excellent job running the place. It’s always clean, safe and FUN. We get daily updates that sometimes include pictures/videos of our son. It’s so comforting to see him having fun and actually learning. We are happy to call FF our second home ❤️.”

“Our son has been at Friday's Child for 8 months and we've had a really great experience so far. He's grown so much being there. He's learned so much and is very social with the other kids. The staff really cares about him and he looks forward to seeing them each day. Many of the teachers have been there for years.Like any local business, a big difference in our experience is because of the personal relationships. There are larger daycare corporations in the area that can offer some more bells and whistles, in particular technology interface. Ultimately, the decision is personal for each child and family. Definitely worth checking out!We really appreciate thow the staff has aided in our child's development.”

“The women at milk and honey are so sweet and great teachers for my son ELI (2 ) . Since he has started they have instilled a good sence of independence and have educated him quite well if i may say( coming from a picky parent) he sings his ABC's to me and is learning vital lessons everyday . They have a playground so the children can go out and play everyday and have field trips throughout the year that they encourage parents to come . When my child has a tantrum they walk it out and talk to help children better understand and evaluate their feelings which i highly praise and commend. MILK AND HONEY ROCKS <3”

“Okay, it's a long one, but there aren't many other decisions that are more weighted than where to send your child for their care! Two years ago I visited over 10 locations looking for care for our at the time 17 month old. I originally chose Kiddie Academy mainly because of the ability to view my son throughout the day via their camera system, but once he began attending KALP (Kiddie Academy Locust Point) I realized that I was getting so much more than "just" the security of watching him during the day. Nimita and her staff have consistently gone above and beyond, and their communication with us parents has always been very prompt and extensive. During his two years at KALP our son learned so much! One day he began rattling off colors and numbers in Spanish that I had no idea he knew! As expected, and as you will find everywhere, some teachers have been better than others, but overall we truly felt as if the teachers cared about his well-being. They were very open to our suggestions and even had some of their own for ensuring that our son was comfortable and had the best possible experience. Especially in the past year during the pandemic when KALP became a care center for essential personnel which my husband and I both are! We felt extremely comfortable with the distancing, mask wearing, sanitization and health screening measures that Nimita put in place. At one time I noticed on the camera that one teacher was wearing her mask below her nose. I made mention of this to Nimita and she addressed it straight away and since then all of the teachers appear to be in compliance. As a result, since the beginning of the pandemic there have been very few interruptions in KALP classes as a result of teacher/child infections. If you are looking for a child care center highly recommend Kiddie Academy at Locust Point, and while I am excited for our little guy to join his elementary aged big brother's pre-school program so that we can have both boys at the same location, it is definitely bittersweet as we have truly enjoyed the time that we spent at KALP! Thank you so much Ms Nimita, Ms Jasmin, Ms Lindsey and all of the teachers & staff! I hope that you know how much your kindness, patience, cooperation, and understanding has meant to us these past few years! We wish you all only the very best!”
