I have been here since 2014 , good experience had to change spaces was done fast, no problem. When gate was broken was notified and was able to get in area with no problem.

I was in transition and needed a big storage to put all of my stuff, found security, visited the facility to make sure that it was safe to store my items ( i informed the manager on site that I have a large book collection and wanted to make sure they didn't have any rats or mice was told that their facility is clean and that they get pets control on rotation that's why they don't want anyone storing food) was convence and went with them. Well six months later, I am not moving to my permanent address, emptied my unit and what do I find, mice poops everywhere, my house was covered in it, a huge chunk of my book collection has been damaged. I would never recommend such a place because they don't care about their facility nor your stuff only money

Disappointing Experience:
My recent experience with SPS was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I traveled all the way from Alexandria, Virginia to Baltimore to purchase a storage unit I had bought online, only to encounter numerous issues upon arrival.
Firstly, the facility only accepted cash payments, which meant I had to spend three hours gathering cash before I could proceed. This lack of payment options was inconvenient and unexpected, especially since most transactions are conducted digitally nowadays.
Secondly, starting to clean the unit, we discovered that it had already been reclaimed by the original owner before the auction even ended. The manager STOPPED us while cleaning out the unit.
This was incredibly frustrating, as it wasted not only my time but also the time of my family members who accompanied me.
Furthermore, the lack of communication and organization on the part of the facility was appalling. I had to wait for a refund from Storage Treasures because the necessary paperwork was not sent over promptly. As a result, my business, which relies heavily on purchasing storage units, suffered a major setback.
This experience was not only inconvenient but also highlighted a significant lack of professionalism on the part of SPS. A simple apology does not suffice when customers' time and resources are wasted due to avoidable errors.
Overall, I would not recommend SPS to others based on my disappointing experience. Better communication, organization, and customer service are urgently needed to improve the overall customer experience.
