Abby has been so great to work with at this location! We store company cars and they keep them in a secure spot. This location has been very convenient for us and I would recommend them to anyone looking to store cars or RVs.

WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!This place was ok in the beginning. I had my property stored here for less than a year. In that year my vehicle suffered damage that now I must repair. The company increased my rate twice and charged me for insurance that I did not sign for. They took additional money out of my account. I have called multiple times and the customer service representative made a report. I have not received a refund nor a response in over a month now.

We've had nothing but issues with this location after years of excellent service with Shelly and Sean. The billing system was switched over earlier this year (as told to me by someone in the call center today), which interrupted our automated billing through no fault of ours.My bank manager went to the trouble of checking with the back office, and sent an email to the facility manager, explaining that it was not the fault of the bank or myself that the automated billing was interrupted. The manager at Self Storage insisted it wasn't their system even though the bank itself was telling them otherwise.The manager refused to refund two months of late fees. There was a huge lapse in communication. To date, I have never received any support from the regional manager or the operations manager after filing a complaint.To add insult to injury I called the call center to let them know I'd be leaving at the end of the month. I called half way through the month, so there'd be NO MORE billing issues! The agent tried to pin me down on when I'd removed my items. I didn't know why she was asking, but she pushed and pressured, and I found out why later when I went there, because the facility manager had removed my gate access and locked my unit!I called and told them I was paid up and requested access to my unit. He refused to reverse this, and also wouldn't refund me, knowing full well that he was going to put my unit up for rent while he already had my money for it! Not cheap either! What a scam! I've reported it to the State's Attorney's consumer affairs division.These people are scheisters, I would not recommend renting a unit there! It used to be a great place to rent, but it's not anymore.

I've had nothing but issues coming here. All over 24 hrs access.For a week straight my code didn't work then it worked... now it doesn't again!!! I kept explaining that I HAVE to have 24 hrs access because I cannot close my store to deal with inventory during the day, now I have someone meeting me in the morning and I have half a unit to move just to get the item, stuck doing it super early in the morning when it's already 11pm. So tired of this.
