Some staff are very friendly when I visit. Shout out to the Meat Dept guy who transferred from Randallstown location. Shout out to the lady with the Bad short haircut at self checkout a few more however those stand out with there exceptional customer service.
I Love the Rotisserie Chicken and Fried Chicken when I can get it. It's well prepared and seasoned. I would love the opportunity to purchase the Rotisserie seasoning used on Shoppers Chicken.
Bathroom needs work if not a mini renovation, simple as putting the toilet paper holder up. Tissue and paper towels shouldn't be lying around. At this point you should always carry your own wipes to be prepared.

This Shoppers was my favorite grocery store for years. Upon return to Catonsville, after 5 years away, I am very disappointed in the quality and prices of the produce and meat. The prices for both are outrageous. Also, where the hell is the chipped beef? Also, does anyone ever clean the parking lot? It’s trashed. Fortunately, the staff is still great. This store is sadly going the way of Giant which just closed its store down the road. Get it together, Shoppers. We need and love you!

This place is pretty huge and it closing at 11pm is definitely a plus. The customer service is ok. I went closer to closing time during the week.
Being a baller on a budget this place definitely isn’t the place to go. You definitely will spend a nice penny here for food, it’s very over priced! Take it from someone that shops around at all grocery stores.
I learned my lesson go grocery shopping earlier in the day and save money never do grocery shopping when you get charged for convenience.

I had 15 minutes to shop at your store. I I drove 15 minutes to get some soap powder and dish soap and some other things and this store was closed 15 minutes before you were supposed to be closed. Thanks for the waste of gas and a waste of time because you don't want to honor your hours

Cashier Celeste was rude to other customers and me was rough bagging my food so I asked her to give me a different bag I was ok paying for bags told her multiple times I get home unbagging my groceries just to find some fragile items busted open over other items definitely won't be back here I get it was nearing end of her shift but her damaging my items and her behavior is unacceptable

I don't even live in Catonsville, yet I come to this Shoppers because of their sales, coupons, and good service. Whether I had a question about where something was located or about a sale, the staff never failed to answer my question. There's a good variety of items here just like any other chain grocery, but out of all the food chains near me, I prefer going to Shoppers. Keep up the good work.

Guy at self check out was rude. Sorry that we didn’t see the sign that was so small saying that it doesn’t take 100 dollar bills. And when we thanked him for bagging the groceries all he said was yeah no problem but make sure you remember that the next time you come down this isle, A simple you’re welcome would have been okay. I work in retail and would never allow my associates to speak to customers like that. What a shame.
