I’m still upset about my car every time I think about this place they fixed my bumper right but my fog light wasn’t working when I got the car back from them even though my bumper was messed up the light was working when I took them the car they had to take the bumper off to fix it so why not hook my fog light back up when they fixed the bumper and my car wasn’t clean after they done the work I called back to there shop and the told me my wiring was bad so why they didn’t call me and tell me that before they put my bumper back on I definitely won’t be going back to them please check your vehicle people please before and after

Don't trust this place, they totally messed up my vehicle, went in for headlight and bumper repair,in the end my passenger window doesn't roll completely down, passenger door pops when you open it. I've had my vehicle 9 months, purchased it with 45 miles on it, basically new. Got it back from Crash Champions, my rear brakes are worn, I've never heard nor seen rear brakes wear before the front on a new vehicle ( I suspect foul play). My warning to consumers, don't trust this place.My bumper is still not fixed correctly. I just don't want to chance putting my vehicle in their hands again.

It’s was ah bad experience there , I would never recommend nobody there at all…. my passenger side was supposed to get fixed it came bac wit more problems & they saying it’s not there fault why not it was in your care… smh my window now makes all this noise my Cadillac converter was stolen off of my van . It makes no sense that I have to pay to get it fixed because they tellin me it’s not their problem. What do you mean? It wasn’t like that when I brought my van there & now passenger side front wheel area sound crazy sorrrrry I even let yall fix. My van……

So I picked up my car after I get home I noticed that there were white spots looked like white paint on my windshield ,hood and my grill. I called right away. I had to come back the next day. The guy takes it back then he didn’t take it all off so he had to take it back, they cleaned my windshield with a greasy towel I couldn’t even see it took me a whole roll of paper towels to clean my windshield. I have never had an experience like this when I get my car back looks like new where I usually go I will never let insurance tell me where to go. SO unprofessional shows me they don’t pay attention to detail. NEVER AGAIN!!
