I accidentally dropped my smoothie which cracked my cup. I went back just to get another cup... But no questions or hassle, they took my messy, broken cup and remade the entire smoothie! I'll be visiting this spot every flight out of BWI!

Customer service was great! Quick and easy. Shame that the owner keeps the tips when it ain’t even them doing any of the damn work. It just makes no damn sense! Do the right thing!

This is my favorite smoothie king. The staff is amazing and friendly. The young woman that was there when I flew out of BWI always hooks me up with something. She is the best and this location is convienent. I stop here on my way to the lounge.

Girl preparing my smoothie was gabbing on the phone with her friend(s) the entire time and was less than courteous when giving me the drink when it was finished. She should know better. 12/23/2023 at 2PM. The young man taking the orders was great.

A great choice when you are looking for something healthier at the airport. Service was very fast and employees were friendly. Prices were reasonable, especially for the airport. I ordered an Island Impact and it was delicious.

The lady who is working there right now, Sunday September 24th at 12:10pm was careless. I told her I am severely allergic to pineapple and her response was to look at me. She literally said nothing like she did not give two sh*ts. So I said it again and she said, "oh".... and then did not tell the guy who actually made my smoothie. I watched her just take the next customer so I had to check with the guy myself to make sure I wouldn't go into anaphylaxis all because this lady seems extremely over her job. Her behavior is a liability.Not to also mention, I said I wanted to pay with the app and she proceeds to not scan my phone. So I have to say, "don't you have to scan my phone?" Why did I have to direct her to do her job... I'm actually scared to even drink this smoothie because I don't know if I can trust it wasn't contaminated.

HUGE SHOUT OUT to Amari and Taija (sorry for any misspelling) these ladies helped me track down my lost credit card that had been turned in for close to 45 minutes! The airport security, TSA and my airline were wildly unhelpful but Amari and her shift lead made multiple trips around the airport and tracked me down to hand it to me personally. So grateful for the time they took to assist me, thank you ladies!

This location should be a case study in inefficiency and the ways employees can drive a place out of business. First they go on a “break” so they can chat and make smoothing for their friends. Then anytime someone walked up and waited as it got closer to the time on the sign to re-open they received a dirty look and rude stare as they punched the second hand even farther. I then counted over 8 people walk off as they waited in line after it finally opened and were completely ignored as the 2 employees talked about how annoying customers who complained about long waits were - loudly. While they made our 2 smoothies which took approximately 15 minutes mainly due to the chatter between the employees and their pals, 2 families of 4 walked off after being ignored. I pass this location 3 to 4 times a month and based on what I see and other reviews this isn’t anything new. I would estimate they are probably running off about 60% of their business. Asking customers who are inquiring about what is taking so long “what kind of crack they put in this stuff that you act so crazy about it” is awesome marketing.

Workers standing around doing nothing and turning away everyone that walks by. I completely understand people need breaks, but the employees I ran into seemed to abuse it.

First, the girl cashier didn’t give me a receipt, after waiting for about 10 min, I asked the guy doing smoothie if my order is coming and I got a response: where is your receipt. I got back to the girl cashier and asked for my receipt. She said: oh, I will give you an new one. And she gave me my old receipt! There was a time on the receipt - exactly about 10 min ago when I ordered and even my tips were included there. What did she try to do? Ok, got back to the guy, he took the receipt and threw it away, made a medium size smoothie and gave it to me. I said that I actually ordered a large one. He put the medium in a larger cup and filled in all the rest. So eventually I got what I ordered but what was it? They were all a little rude. When I was waiting I saw a couple of people experiencing the same: one customer didn’t get the right one, another didn’t get the right size. What’s wrong with this place?

After a 12 hour flight i was excited to get smoothie king for the first time in years. Waited an hour and checked 2 different times and was told they're on break for 30 minutes only to be stilled closed for a third time for another 30. This was during the morning.

Tried to order, the lady was closing because she was going to the bathroom. After half hour, I went again, and she was closing because “she was by herself.”

The employees were very rude. They shut down the line and said they would be on break for 30 minutes. We can back 3 times over the next hour and a half and they were still on break? Ridiculous

I usually really like smoothie King but the service here at the airport was pretty terrible. Associates were on their cell phone while the line and wait kept getting longer.
