Michelle G. is so knowledgeable, a great problem-solver, and her sense of humor is such an added bonus. Grateful for her, and of course Jeremy, and his wonderful store!

Michelle Greenberg is a very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was looking for a swivel chair that is both comfortable and fits my style. She helped me narrow my choices and provided fabric samples to help with final decision .

Warning! They change their prices when you're ready to pay! I'm appalled at the lack of integrity displayed by Kelt Smith and the owners of Sofas Ect. They refused to honor an emailed price for a custom piece after we additionally verbally agreed to it on the phone. I now live in Colorado and had previously done business with this company years ago. I was willing to pay the enormous shipping fee just to order from them again, as I truly appreciate supporting small business owners and wanted to remain a loyal lifetime customer. Refusing to honor a price you sent me, not even apologizing or attempting to resolve your mistake has lost you a loyal customer.

Michelle at Sofas ETC is an amazing and knowledgeable furniture sales associate. Michelle takes her time with you and you don’t feel rushed or pressured. This is the second sofa we have bought from Sofas ECT and would definitely recommend them and Michelle for your next sofa purchase.

I had a great overall experience buying a sofa at Sofas ETC. I enjoyed the shopping. My salesperson, Kelt Smith, was very helpful but not pushy. I hate to shop, but had fun that day. Kelt was also very responsive when I called with questions. I suppose it's also pretty important that I love my new sofa!

Left $1000.00 deposit and told 3 months to deliver. After 3 months called them and they had written 24 weeks on ticket. It will be a 6 months delivery. Never again! They refused to cancel it for us.New edit - they found one on the floor on one of their other stores and offered to get that one for us. That’s at least them trying to make it better.

I found the staff, particularly Michelle, very helpful and knowledgeable. Due to the unusual shape and small size of my room, it was difficult to find a new sofa and coffee table. She helped me find a beautiful sectional that fit perfectly in the room and pre-measured the area to set my mind at ease while I waited for delivery. If it didn’t fit, they guaranteed that they would take it back and return my down payment in full.
