This place is a no they will make multiple sandwiches without changing their gloves touch the toaster handle without changing their gloves and if you ask them to change their glove they will honestly look at you as if what's the issue they will even then try to explain why they shouldn't have to change their gloves for this to be a John Hopkins establishment it has poor standards and upkeep

It's nice to have access to a subway which is open 24 hours (supposedly) as someone who is stuck in the hospital with thier significant other and can't really leave. For lunch and dinner thier subs are the standard subway quality but was nice to have access to thier roasted garlic aoli which my local branches have stoped offering months ago.The good:24 hour (unconfirmed)Typical subway qualityCleaner then majority of locationsAccess while in John Hopkins HospitalThe bad:Twice tried and no egg available in amCoffee unmade in the amSoda machine was out of syrup for moatOrdered a sub/drink online and walked with a completely different sub and no drink.. $17 for a $7 sub.Seating is very limited as they share with four other locations.

Walked in to order something. All three employees were sitting at tables. Employee said not open…the system is down. I proceeded to ask what their bosses name was. Didn’t give me the bosses name. Then employee tells me to come back in 10 mins. So which is it? You closed? The system down? System is down several times a week, every week! Meat balls are always cold and burnt. This is the only place that Hopkins employees have to eat in the hospital on night shift. Think it’s time to change and get another vendor with better customer service and a system that works!! ??
